We are from Muncie area Indiana....last time we came to visit family in Jamestown we couldn't eat at this Pizza Hut because they ran out of toppings for the pizzas...so we ate Mexican. Today, 12-14-25 we are here again visiting and went to Pizza Hut but again we walked in to find out the lobby is closed due to staff shortage but yet there were 3 employees at the table by the door doing nothing including the manager.... we went to DQ....we will be coming back to visit again so hopefully the 3rd attempt will be successful.....time will tell

The place looked filthy the kitchen did not look clean at all, ordered a thing of cinnamon sticks when we opened the box they looked undercooked and they also came with a long black hair, so I called them telling them there was a hair in the food we took the food back but when I took it in the lady seemed mad I found a hair in OUR food like it’s never happened before , went to open the new box and everything was ok except the sticks looked and felt undercooked again and doughy will never eat here again just absolutely disgusting

I have other preferences for Pizza but not in Jamestown. The food is good, the service is great & the atmosphere is usually calm. Sandy & the others are very kind. I recommend this place.
I ordered tonight and when my son got home with it dinner the large pizza didn't have toppings on two of the slices. Then when they tried to pick up a piece it was extremely under cooked. Could not even pick a piece up, had to be scrapped off the card board with a fork. I called pizza Hut and referred to a manager, she offered to recook another one but I am 20 minutes away so she offered a credit. When I asked if it was store credit or back onto my card she hung up on me. My son had to tell them he needed a soda and did not receive or dipping sauces I paid extra for

DO NOT EAT HERE. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE. My family and I have been disappointed the last two times we had tried this location. We went around Christmas 2024 and everyone's pizza was undercooked. We went recently and the pizza was sour because the emoyees dripped so much banana pepper juice on the pizza is was not fit for consumption. Then the staff did not even have the basic restaurant etiquette to ask us how everything was because they knew how disgusted we were with our meal. Our family eats pizza almost every day. This was the worst pizza we ever had. If corporate sees this review please do this pizza hut location a favor and fire everyone.
