I ordered tonight and when my son got home with it dinner the large pizza didn't have toppings on two of the slices. Then when they tried to pick up a piece it was extremely under cooked. Could not even pick a piece up, had to be scrapped off the card board with a fork. I called pizza Hut and referred to a manager, she offered to recook another one but I am 20 minutes away so she offered a credit. When I asked if it was store credit or back onto my card she hung up on me. My son had to tell them he needed a soda and did not receive or dipping sauces I paid extra for

DO NOT EAT HERE. PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE. My family and I have been disappointed the last two times we had tried this location. We went around Christmas 2024 and everyone's pizza was undercooked. We went recently and the pizza was sour because the emoyees dripped so much banana pepper juice on the pizza is was not fit for consumption. Then the staff did not even have the basic restaurant etiquette to ask us how everything was because they knew how disgusted we were with our meal. Our family eats pizza almost every day. This was the worst pizza we ever had. If corporate sees this review please do this pizza hut location a favor and fire everyone.

Our food was cold . The breadsticks weren’t done in the middle . The pasta bake was cold . Couldn’t eat it . Ended up leaving it . Told the waitress. She apologized . It wasn’t her fault. The ones doing the cooking needs to pay more attention.
Went there to dine in and there were dead flies on the windowsill.we told the waittress but she blamed closing shift instead of saying she was gonna clean it.she cleaned it but that was about all the did. We went to another table and the floors were sticky and had dirt and crumbs on the floor. There were about 5 or 6 employees and they were all standing around talking and on their phones instead of cleaning up the place. Service amd food went downhill since I last went there a year ago. Will just go to the one in cookeville instead of this DUMP. 0/10
