This is my $19 order from Sonic today that took 20 minutes to get. Can you tell which burrito cost $4 and which was $2? I couldnt. I'm done with Sonic, it's this way everytime, I guess I'm the sucker.
I am in no way upset with the employees, they are always very nice. It's corporate and their policies, especially prioritizing the drive-thru over mobile pickup and parking space orders.
Cost more in fuel to idle my truck at Sonic waiting for the 4 items I ordered then it costs to buy the food! And there is only one other car.

the point of sonic drinks is the awesome ice i was very disappointed tonight i ordered the footlong coney special didn’t get all my order had to ask for rest was gave a soft drink no ice the least they could have done is tell you they out of their ice very disappointed in all of it tonight including service!!

We pulled into Sonic on the way home for a quick snack. Their ice maker was broken but they actually sent an employee to purchase bags of it while we were there. Less than five minute delay. It was above and beyond for the manager there who came out personally to speak with us.
Food is always good and service is fast and courteous! Will definitely be back. Thanks.

Regardless of when you're here, the service is painfully slow. In the time it takes fpr you to get your food, you could have gone to a regular restaurant, sat down, ordered, and started eating.

i’m not one to complain and make a review but any time i ever go here the service is so slow. the screen said someone would be out with our food and then we waited 15 minutes for it and my shake wasn’t even right. by reading the reviews it seems like this happens to every person that goes here and nothing ever gets done about it. whoever this “sonic owner” is replying to the reviews apparently does nothing.

Very friendly staff, even when they were super stressed out bc only 2 people were working! I like the layout of this one better than the one in Livingston. Especially there being a drive thru AND a mobile pickup area.

Tried to go through the drive thru to get a drink. There were three cars in front of me when I got to the speaker. Nobody answer. I sat and waited and in the meantime all the cars in front of me got their food and left. I still sat there, nobody said anything. I said “Hello?” Nobody said anything. I can see a girl looking at me in the window ahead waiting, but still nobody takes my order. Then I asked again “is anyone there?” Nothing. The person behind me finally pulled off and left after waiting for so long so I did the same. Most ironic part is I was getting a drink with the coupon they have me yesterday because it took them 20 minutes to get my order after it was placed and they seemed to have forgotten about it after it cleared off the screen that it was on its way and brought out but never was after 10 minutes. So thanks for the coupon but it’s worthless when I can’t even use it because I can’t get somebody to answer the drive thru while I sit there for 4 or 5 minutes. I have tried so hard to be patient and kind to this sonic since they get so much backlash but the fact that I could even get someone to say anything at the drive thru when there’s nobody there and an employee hanging around the window is crazy.
