This place is a joke. You have to wait 30 minutes to just order. Then you have to wait and if you are lucky you might be able to get your food another 30 minutes it's a big joke....

Service was OK tonight went by there the last 2 nights and nobody would take my order at drive through set at drivethrough order for 20 min each night ended up leaving going somewhere else. If there going to be open should at least take orders when customers come through there 🚗 through. My opinion

I NEVER write reviews but this place has frustrated me so many times! I love sonic. I’m from Texas and sonic is a place I’ve gone my entire life. This sonic ALWAYS brings me cold food! ALWAYS takes forever to bring me my food! They NEVER have enough people working. My husband has watched an employee smoke a cigarette go inside make his burger without washing hands or putting gloves on and had to ask for his burger to be remade. We have found hair in food! And today I was basically told to leave before I could order! Why? Because they were busy and said it was going to be a long wait…..if they can’t handle more than 3 stalls then they shouldn’t have more “car stalls” than that. The girl was going to every vehicle and telling everyone to basically leave unless they wanted to wait. Every sonic I have ever been to can handle up to 30+ vehicles and have food and drinks out in no time! This place has poor management or lack there of at this location. I love sonic but this location is a joke.

Horribly slow service! All the workers were outside while the drive thru was backed up. Took 10 min it seemed like to take our order & another 10 to get it at the window. What the heck is going on at this location?! All workers should not be on break at the same time. Need better management & better workers!

Not good business. We sat in the stall, pressed the button at least 10 times, for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order and no one did, but was running the drive through just fine. Won't be back. Business is horrible.

The same waited 10 minutes at drive through never got to place order. Very poor management. Going to d.q. for onion rings,the as well as KFC has permanently lost my business.

Way to long to order set here for 45 minutes and no service after I finely ordered it took another 20 minutes just to get a 1 cherry limeade and 1 lemon aid
