So slow, only one car in lot when we got there and they already had their food, ordered a jr.burger and it took 19 minutes to get it and yep you got it, IT WAS COLD and bread was so hard I threw it away, it was so sloppily put together that I would have been ashamed to serve it to anyone, they need to send their employees over to the wartburg Sonic and let Amy teach them how to put together a burger!

I keep giving it a chance, and I’m so disappointed every time.I literally just waited 30 minutes for my food. It came out and the ice cream was totally melted and the food was cold. In addition I ordered hot fudge in my ice cream, it came out white. I pointed this out. Jacob said “well let me see the receipt.” I showed him the receipt, then he said “there is hot fudge in it.” I was like “uhm…. It’s white.” And he said “I put hot fudge in there. I can only put so much. That’s just how it be.” And walked away.I threw the food out and went to McDonald’s and had pleasant service and hot food in less than 2 minutes.

Have been here many times and always severely understaffed. The employees are not trying to under perform. They are set up to fail. I used the app on this experience and waited for 30 minutes at a stall when it said my order time to pickup was met and had to leave without food and couldn't get anyone to answer so I could try to get refunded. When it is slow and the few employees can make food, it's wonderful. Just didn't get to eat this time.
