With in 5 minutes of leaving there my bread was hard as a rock and uneatable. A waste of $28. And I asked for a 6 inch and didn't pay attention until I already paid they made a footlong of a horrible sandwich and it all went in the trash! I should have just ate at the concession stand at the football field at the school. Lesson learn!

To start, the place is dirty. While making our food, flies we're all around and landin on patrons sandwiches.
We ordered two foot long sandwiches, a drink from the fountain, and also a drink from the standup cooler for bottled drinks.
They charged me $31.00?
TOTAL RIPOFF AND A DISCUSTING ESTABLISHMENT.

I wouldn't know what the food or atmosphere is usually but I know the service there this evening sucked I understand it's snowing outside but you're still there working so I mean her ear buds in could hear musi, did my take off her headphones she wouldn't greet me she gave me a go to hell look she rolled her eyes at me so I walked out I'm not wasting my time

The girl that took my order was very rude when I came back to get the cookies she forgot to give me.... she swears remembering putting them in the bag but couldn't remember what I wanted on my sandwich right after asking me twice.... I won't be coming back to this subway again

So, it was buy one get one free if you order online which I did along with three foot long churros. They called me 5 minutes before pickup and said that their oven was down and they could make the churros and they could not just refund the churros so I told them to refund the whole order and I would pay for it when I got there. When I got there they charged me full price for the two subs stating that I did not order them online which in fact my original order was an online order. All they did to compensate was give me 50% off on one of the subs! Very unhappy with the service. A $12 order turned into almost $20!
