The sweetest girl on the register. Really takes customer service to a whole new level, and the food is delicious.

Been here a few times with family. Today, I ate with my grandparents and parents. Staff is nice. The place was pretty crowded, but we still received service and food in a timely manner. Everything was delicious, and the hashbrowns and biscuits were some of the best I've had. The total for the five of us was $47 and some change, half of what you'd likely pay at a place like Huddle House. I can see why it's a local favorite. Can't recommend this place enough.

Frozen or canned biscuits, I couldn't distinguish between the two. Not a bad place, but it ain't nothing like granny did.

Kid-friendliness: Your not allowed to have a high chair in a corner table. Because there's not enough room!

9 am on a Monday. No eggs, no wifi, 20 min for 2 pancakes, OJ from old concentrate, and card not accepted. Toilet works. Better off at...any chain. The high reviews must be from everyone they know in town. Avoid.

My wife and I eat at different local diners every chance we get, and we were way out of town on this occasion so we chose this local diner. I had a Philly (beef), and a baked potato. The sandwich was edible, but sub par from other Phillies I have had, and the baked potato was ok. My wife had a hamburger steak, fries and slaw. The hamburger was ok but it was overcooked, the slaw was weird (dry-ish), and for the life of me, I don't know why any respectable restaurant would serve crinkle cut fries, but they do.
All that said, the food is ok, nothing special, but compared to comparable priced fast food, I would pick this diner any day.

I had high hopes for this divey little local joint, but the food here was pretty boring. The fries and catfish tasted like they were right out of any other fast food joint. The coleslaw was good. The cornbread was weird. I did not like it. It had a sour flavor and was missing any sweetness, which may be a local variant of cornbread that I'm not accustomed to. At least it seemed like it was made in house. In the end, it was just kinda forgettable. Too bad.
