I had went to dairy queen this last weekend and the food was good but the service was amazing. A young man working the drive threw came to the counter and help me due to the fact my order was wrong, he retook my order and made sure i had plenty of condiments, He was very very poliet.

I went in to get a blizzard cake and they were near expiring so I asked for a fresh one. I was told they would make me one. I helped a lady whose cake had expired on 6/24, and it was 7/27. I sat and waited and waited. In fact, the lady after me received a new cake before me. I said that I also needed one and was told he's making it. After 40 minutes, I asked how long it took to make the cake and was told not long. I explained I've been waiting 40 minutes, so the last went to see what was going on. She came back and said he would make it. The dude never made my cake. Less than 5 minutes later, it was done. All he had to do was put fudge and cookies on it. He charged me full price and never said sorry. In fact, he brought out someone with him to protect him because he knew he was in the wrong. I didn't make a scene. I just told him it was wrong what he did to me and walked out. So, make sure to check expiration dates and know the service is horrible there. Be prepared to wait. It's not the first time, I've had issues. Last year, I went in for a blizzard cake, and they didn't have any. The freezer was empty of any cake. The lady said she didn't have time to make them. I gave them a second chance and will not be returning.
