When we are told to go to break, we go to break. I recall this exact incident that JRob has expressed. I was floating in my attempt to catch them up before being told that 3rd time to go to break. I do not like taking breaks while yall are crowded waiting to order or waiting for your food neither darling. But I have zero control over that. I apologize if you did not see me greet someone or yourself for that matter. But I promise you, I am actually one of the few who actually do greet customers. I have multiple regulars whom have become part of the family. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience. I read this week's ago. Mentioned I wanted to respond to you and got the green light to do so. I didn't want you leaving on a bad experience.

Food is good. Nashville hot chicken is my favorite and my kids love chicken tenders from here. The person who served me was not so friendly. This place is not suitable for families with babies as the restrooms don't have diapers changing stations.

Kid-friendliness: No diaper changing stations in the bathroom.

This is always my morning stop when traveling through town. Always dependable. This morning I showed up at 0910 to a line around the building and a long line inside, with about 8 orders waiting. They were clearly overwhelmed. Amidst all of it, there was the young lady with red hair, maybe Holly, she seemed to float around without really doing anything. At some points taking orders at others acting as if those at the counter didn’t exist. Then as one of the ladies working the window calls out to her to see if she is ok, she declares she’s going to take her break. Takes a bag of food navigating through all those folks waiting and heads to her car. How do you take a break in the middle of morning rush when all your coworkers are running circles around you? The place exists.

Usually get food in the afternoon. I usually have to wait for food for about 5~10 min since they don't have the traffic other locations have. Usually, the food is good but sometimes it is over or (at least feels) undercooked.

Frys are usually hot.

The food is good, but the people there did not give orders when they were done. The cook said he did not feel like cooking some stuff. The cashier was ok but slow. It was also freezing. They were also arguing in front of customers. I HATE THE PLACE AND WILL NEVER COME

We didn't go in. Food was dry and lacked taste. Lady that took order was very difficult to hear, thought it was just the intercom. Got to the window, she said she was unable to change the size of drink. Just a bad experience, gave a higher star count than deserved in my opinion.
