At 5 pm in the Evening, As My Husband was Driving home From Work- We Decided that we would " Call in an order to This Rafael's Restaurant- which to be honest, when you dine in , the food is good- HOWEVER, I ATTEMPTED TO CALL 9 TIMES AND THE 8TH AND 9TH TIME SOMEONE PICKED UP AND SAID " WE ARE TOO BUSY TO TAKE PHONE ORDERS- AND HUNG UP ON ME" - COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY- I GUESS ,IN THEIR MARKET- RAFAEL'S IN JASPER, TN MUST BE "BOOMING" WITH SO MUCH BUSINESS- THEY DONT NEED ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMERS AT THIS TIME- SAD...Parking: Good parking

This restaurant has a hometown feel to it. Menu had a wide variety of Italian and American foods. We had eggplant parm and manicotti. Both were delicious! Served fresh and hot! Sauce was just right, very good! My only suggestion would be more garlic on the breadsticks because I'm a garlic lover! If we lived in the area, we would be back!

The first time eating here. service was good. my wife and I had a salad and lasagna. The salad was iceberg and the house dressing was ok. the lasagna was pre-made and not very good,sauce was thin the layers just fell apart not really baked at all,the garlic bread was a hoagie bun with garlic butter. to us this is not at all real italian food we will not be back

We have eaten at most of the Rafael location. This one was exceptional. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. We were there 8 months ago. My wife asked if she could pinch off a 6-inch runner from the vine in their restaurant. They said we could. The picture below is its baby.Parking: Easy access.

Racist. We walked in at the same time as a white couple and while the white couple were greeted, served and catered to we were completely ignored. After my husband stood up to get someone’s attention we were handed menus and the waitress walked away before we could give her our drink order so we left. What a disappointment! It’s 2023 stop being racist!
