Sonic on the whole is a fairly good fast food, like I always said about places I went, if I saw badly service at certain locations I will mention but so far so good.

This used to be the best sonic in our county but here lately its went downhill BADLY! service is horrible- never get napkins- they don't ever tell u thankyou nor are they friendly! past couple times I've ordered it was wrong- I have an allergy and cant have certain things and I've made it clear and even asked the girl at the window if my order was correct! she stated yes, got home and YET again the order is wrong!!!!! Something needs to change cuz its becoming a common occurance!!!! get it together SONIC!!!

Tots were so hard you couldn't eat them, bacon was burnt to crisp and was old.. I'm done with this one place. South Pittsburgh is much better.

I just got a double bacon cheeseburger it was cold the meat was burnt I asked for no tomato’s they put tomatoes on it and the bacon on there was little leftover tiny pieces of bacon like all that was on there could not equal out to one piece of bacon
Would rate lower if could. If I go to a sonic it will not be Jasper's I'll now only go to South Pittsburg Jasper's employees are absolutely rude and they truly don't care about the customer will argue with you even though they are the ones who messed up an order.

Pressed the button to place my order . After 5 min of waiting for someone to take my order, I decided to go through the drive-through . When I got my order, it was completely wrong. Service needs help!!!!

The patties were so old they were dry and hardened. The lettuce and tomato was also terribly old.. as were the pickles, they were tough.

Tonight I came to the drive through and a gentleman named Stephen was working in the window. I really just wanted to take a moment to publicly recognize him. Our interaction was brief, but even in that short time he came across so personable. It wasn't a forced positive interaction with a customer. He came across very genuine. To meet someone of his generation with a demeanor like his, is rare. My day got just a little bit better because of those two little minutes. I hope his managers see same light in him that I saw..
