Pressed the button to place my order . After 5 min of waiting for someone to take my order, I decided to go through the drive-through . When I got my order, it was completely wrong. Service needs help!!!!

No Name

Tonight I came to the drive through and a gentleman named Stephen was working in the window. I really just wanted to take a moment to publicly recognize him. Our interaction was brief, but even in that short time he came across so personable. It wasn't a forced positive interaction with a customer. He came across very genuine. To meet someone of his generation with a demeanor like his, is rare. My day got just a little bit better because of those two little minutes. I hope his managers see same light in him that I saw..

The Order Board/PAY Board Was Literally Broken/Shattered- I Actually Spoke with The Manager on Duty who Took MY ORDER- AND It Still Came Out Wrong - AND AS I Had Gotten 5 miles down The Road - Was Overcharged - From Ordering 1 Double Cheese Burger- TO a Crazy Bunch Of Appetizers in A BAG-$ 12.97 ??? Horrible

Tell me why, when I ordered two QB DBL CH that these cooks gave me only vegetation in a fry box. Then when I came back to fix it they gave me two fry boxes with just a burnt patty and cheese in there. Tell me why it took damn near 2 hours to get the correct order. And they got this poor carhop boy doing everybody's jobs. Did all my old coworkers quit? I swear this type of service never happened while I was a carhop. (Solely the fault of the cooks, no carhops or headsetters were offending parties in this situation.)

When I order buffalo bites or jalepeno poppers, more than half the time I don’t get any ranch dipping sauce. Should you really have to ask for it, or shouldn’t it be just a part of the order as a norm.

Just stopped in to get a bacon egg and cheese toaster and it was terrible. The bread was not toasted, they put one piece of bacon on it and the cheese was not even melted which means yes the food was cold. On top of that the sandwich was way over priced. I had to throw it away

They weren't busy and after screen saying Alexis is in the way with our order, we still waited. I hit the button again and was told our order would be right out. We watched several vehicles go through drive through and vehicles parked after us get their orders.
Also, a young man walked up and into building out of his car. Then, girl out of same car walked into building messing with her hair. She exited with drinks. I'm guessing they were employees chit chatting and hanging out. After we finally got our food, another young lady pulled up to building sideways, blocking 3 spaces and walked up to the building.
I seldom complain, but I'd clean house after seeing the things I saw this evening. Mind you, our bill was almost $30. If there was a night manager on duty, they either need more training or should be fired.
Like I said previously, I seldom complain, but the whole experience was unacceptable!!!
I guess if we ever come back, it will be during day shift.

I hate to make a negative review considering I’m a regular that comes through every single day for a drink. 90% of the time, my experience here is great! Friendly staff, good food and my favorite drink. The other 10% is when I’m met with the employee, Britney. I come through mostly in the mornings but the few times Ive come at night, Britney has been here. Everytime you pull up to the window, before you can even finish saying hello, she cuts you off with the total of your food. Tonight, I used a stall. She cut me off saying “and what else?” before I could finish ordering the previous item. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve encountered her here, she looks like she wants to quit her job because she’s miserable. She’s not kind at all. I’ve worked in customer service for a LONG time and if I were her manager seeing this, I would have replaced her a long time ago. She might get the orders in quick but she’s cutting everyone off to do so. I’m a server. I know what it’s like to want to get an order out of someone quickly and how busy it can get. Customers are what fuel your business. I really hate to be treated this way. But besides her, everyone else is great and Stephen who brought out my food tonight did a wonderful job!
