Do not stop here . Absolutely disgusted . Not only were the ice machines not working ,the condiments weren't working but they gave my 7 yr old rotten milk! Their customer service was also terrible! On our way to Cincinnati and I'm hoping my child doesn't start feeling sick with that disgusting milk he ingested!!

Everytime you go there the milkshake machine is not working or they are out of roast beef.. I went lastnight to see If I could get milkshake, no one even came on to take my order. Waited close to 15 minutes.. go inside to order, everyone on their phones. Looks like it is poorly managed and hired immature people. First step to improve, no one allow on the phone while on duty. Second fix your equipment. Third, order the right amount of supplies. Then teach your workers how to treat people.

This is the slowest Arby's I have ever been to. The only person I saw in the kitchen was crouched down texting. Then, when an older lady came out of the office, the food finally started to be made. To top it all off, the meat was still cold in the center. I would give it a 0/5 if I had the option.
