We was honestly scared to try it because all the bad reviews and my wife being pregnant but we took a chance and glad we did. The workers were happy to be there and serve us. Our waiter Bailey was outstanding she made sure everything was fresh and exactly how we wanted it! Thank you Jellico Arby’s for the fresh hot food and the friendliest service!

We were traveling and stopped here to grab a bite to eat in the morning and I got to say the pace was really clean and had pretty fast service the waiter Bailey was super nice and helpful with the menu I didn't know what to get so she told me to try ham and cheese croissant and omg it was so good and my husband loves the biscuits I would love to go here again if we are ever traveling through this part of town again and thank u Bailey for the fast service we was so hungry

I ordered food today, sat in the drive through for over ten min. The blonde lady yelled at me about how she had just dropped chicken in the dryer and that’s why it was taking so long and I didn’t order chicken. Well 5 min later, what do I get a chicken sandwich. These people are on fentyyy.

Pretty rough place. Every table and booth in the building was dirty. Restrooms on the gas station side were fine. However, none of the food was even remotely close to being fresh. Tasted like it all had been sitting in the warmer for most of the day. You can see the cheese in a mozzarella stick was completely solid.
