I stopped by this Subway recently and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at the chain. When the manager asked if I wanted my sandwich “as listed,” I said yes — assuming she meant the standard meat and cheese setup, not the full list of veggies. When I later said I didn’t want lettuce or tomato, she got visibly irritated and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if I had done something wrong.
Then, when I asked for my peppers to be heated, she made a sarcastic comment about how “weird” that was and questioned if I was sure. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout my order, yet she was suddenly polite and cheerful when helping my girlfriend right after me. It really felt like I was treated differently because I’m a man wearing a Pride pin and earrings, the assumption here was cause I herd her mention it to another customer as we were walking out, something about 'yeah I know right that kinds earrings? '
Subway is supposed to be about customizing your order however you like — that’s the entire point — but this manager made me feel uncomfortable for doing exactly that. Definitely needs retraining on respect and customer service.

This subway was actually terrible they messed up my brother's sandwich after we go there all the time and order the same thing. I didn't expect them to know it so we told them the order and they still messed it up. They then refused to remake the sandwich, give us a refund, or give us corporates number. They proceeded to say they were the manager when they obviously weren't and called my dad a liar. I think they this subway needs to get new workers or get they're stuff straight. I've never had this big of a problem up here in jellico until now.

When we went there we politely asked for my brother a chicken and cheese sandwich but when she made it wrong she refused to remake it or give us a refund and even said we lied about it and started saying she was the manager but wouldn't do anything and when we asked for the corporate number she said she will not give it to us.

I always go there, there's always nice people until today I ordered what I always do, just chicken and cheese toasted and today she made it with everything on it for some reason and I went to talk about it with her then she said I was a liar said that's exactly what I told her, then she tried to say she was the manager and then refused to give us corporates number worst experience ever. If I Could i would give negative stars , and don't even get me started on the waiting I was standing there waiting for 30 minutes just for her to come out and say that stuff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Im 14. A 14 YEAR OLD.

My son and I ordered two sandwiches and a large pepsi zero for my son.. Mine was made correct while his was not made correctly. I instructed a female worker that my son only wanted chicken and cheese on his sub and it was to be toasted. My sub was a veggie delight with mayo. My son got chicken, cheese, globs of lettuce, tomato, and mayo on his sub. That is NOT chicken and cheese. Not to mention it wasn't even toasted. The worker forgot his drink and I had to pay again to remind her that we ordered a drink. We got home less that 800 feet from the establishment only to find out his order was not correct in the slightest. We drove back to subway and my son went inside to explain to her it was wrong. She refused to remake the sandwich. I went i side and wanted to know why she didn't remake it. She proceeded to raise her voice in front of customers at me saying I told her to make it that way and she asked multiple times if it was right. She flat out lied and I asked for a manager's phone number. She told me she was the manager. I asked for a corporate phone number. She did not provide me with the number. She said she wasn't a mind reader to which I replied, you don't have to read minds when im telling you what we wanted. I paid for a product I did not receive. THAT IS THEFT. 18 dollars for stake sub, cold not cooked, no chesse to see. Ask for 1.5 cooked and tasted like out of fridge. Never go here. It really is bad. Go to McDonald and eat out of dumpster. It will taste better.

I’m just in shock! I am very understanding of anyone being busy and or short staffed! That being said, just got back from Jellico subway in which I visit very frequently, along with my sisters day out very peacefully! We was absolutely treated as NOTHING! The lady working would not say hi welcome to subway or ANYTHING ! so a few minutes went by as I drive up to window she shakes her head and rolled her eyes and said I can’t take your order here! I drive back to speaker she was whistling and blowing through the speaker being very nasty MEAN! To the point very unnecessary, uncomfortable and uncalled for! She is going to ruin the business if she’s not called out on her actions! It’s not hard to say hold on a few minutes or welcome to subway do you mind to wait! PLEASE don’t allow this behavior! My sister went into the store and finally got us a sub!

Sometimes, service is slow, but they are understaffed , but the sub makes up for it most of the time. The employees are always super nice awell.
Ordered on the app, picked it up and they were out of the drinks and the chips. The sub was missing cheese and did not have the standard amount of ham and turkey. One lady was nice one seemed annoyed to be working.
Would leave less than 1 star if able. Sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes then pulled around to the window. Inside crew just stood there giggling to each other. Said lobby was full couldn’t take my order at the window, there were 4 people at the counter. I had to drive back around?

I waited while the Manager was making a sandwich. She never acknowledged me as I stood in front of her. Then I went to order for the family and she didn't have what we wanted. I went back to the car to find out what we wanted instead, went back in and she didn't have that either. It was discontinued! If that was the case, take down t he signs! We ended up eating in the camper!

The employees at this location have no sense of urgency and are very flustered and terrible with customer service. They were also out of a much of items. Buyer beware!

We had a horrible experience here. The staff was really rude, they were painfully slow and overcharged us.
If you do mobile orders then it's a 75% chance that it's not right. Ordered 3 subs, one is missing lettuce, and all have so much pepper on it. Said it would be ready at 10:15pm but the worker was just starting the subs at 10:23pm
Bad service, not very clean, and sandwiches was left on counter and we had to ask if we were done and bag our own sandwiches. Will not go back to that subway!!
