We had a horrible experience here. The staff was really rude, they were painfully slow and overcharged us.

If you do mobile orders then it's a 75% chance that it's not right. Ordered 3 subs, one is missing lettuce, and all have so much pepper on it. Said it would be ready at 10:15pm but the worker was just starting the subs at 10:23pm

Bad service, not very clean, and sandwiches was left on counter and we had to ask if we were done and bag our own sandwiches. Will not go back to that subway!!

So me and my fiancĆ© and sister went out for a late night sandwich we all was hungry so we decided to go to subway well we set at the speaker for a hour went to the window and when the lady seen my ole man she ran and hid so another car came through the drive through she took their order so we went back to the speaker she took our order we ordered 2 bacon and chicken ranch foot longs and Philly cheese so we get home which let me add I just live up on the hill from this subway got our sandwich’s out of the bag that she stuffed 3 foot longs in and just to come to see all three sandwiches where 3 foot long Philly sandwiches so me and my ole man went back down their and sit at the speaker for 30 more mins not counting the back door has been standing open this whole time so my ole man went to the door just to find the girl smoking what looked to be drugs I mean I’m not the one to complain but she wouldn’t even replace our sandwiches I still have the sandwiches from last night in which I’m going down their in just a second I’m so sick of these fast food places you people can’t never do our food right I mean for real hire people who is willing to work and not on drugs do drug screens on your employees because it’s obvious that who ever worked last night march 28 3rd shift was so high they couldn’t take orders nor get the food right I mean for real idk how many times we both have put applications down their and they want to hire people who don’t wanna work… so for the manager down at the jellico subway get ur employees in line before labor board is called and the health department is called

They had no food and then we bought drinks and they only had two drinks and didn't tell us. Not a good experience

Me and my friends went here in our local town after it moved buildings and got new staff. We went to order and we told her our orders and she got the size wrong. even after i said the size 3 TIMES. then we saw the way the vegetables looked and they looked like they had been sitting there for atleast a day. (beware the tomatoes) and then she had to refill one of the vegetables so she opened the cabinet door and grabbed the pan (all with the same pair of gloves, never changed them) and still served us the rest of the vegetables. which i thought was low-key unsanitary. i love subway. but after that, i will never get subway here anymore. the old staff was better. the ones who served us obviously need some hearing aids. oh and, there was a bone in my friends food😁 never coming back

The workers change the expiration dates on their food. They also require their workers to come in and handle and serve food when they have the stomach flu.

The service is great, but they need 2 sandwich makers. After they move, they will need a drive-thru worker and 2 sandwich makers. You always have a long wait, but once your turn comes up, the worker is courteous, accommodating, and patient. I usually have 3 sandwiches at least, it doesn't change your service.

Vegetarian options: You customize your order. If you want something besides a veggie and bread, they have veggie patties and chopped salads that are fully customizable. Probably only vegetarian food option available at Exit 161, Jellico TN exit.
