We made our order online. I watched the timer and did not go to pick up until it said that our order was ready. Even then, it took me about 15 minutes to get there. I had to sit in the parking lot and wait almost 30 more minutes because they had not even begun making our food. They cheated the timer for better cooperation ratings. The service is great, but they need 2 sandwich makers. After they move, they will need a drive-thru worker and 2 sandwich makers. You always have a long wait, but once your turn comes up, the worker is courteous, accommodating, and patient. I usually have 3 sandwiches at least, it doesn't change your service.
