I have passed by Joelton Tn Nutrition multiple times, today I decided to stop. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman behind the counter. It is a very clean place. They have a huge menu on the wall for those of us that have trouble reading small print. lol. the gentleman (I hate I didn't ask his name) behind the counter made recommendation for what I was wanting. He is very knowledgeable of the enhancements that are offered to add to your drink. We talked for a few minutes, and I learned that he is part of several nutrition spots throughout different counties. if you have never stopped to give them a try, I highly recommend you do, you will not be disappointed. I had the mango /pineapple shake with an energy enhancement that had several vitamins as well.

I was in traffic so I jumped off the interstate to get breakfast. The guy behind the bar was so knowledgeable!! And I had no idea they have Fitness classes!! Definitely check them out!!
