I’m convinced that this Taco Bell has a bad rating because the locals don’t want to have it busy. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to, EVER. EVERY SINGLE TIME the food is hot and fresh. There’s never a long wait. The kids working in there are always polite, and helpful. Highly recommended

I bought some tacos and they were super expensive, I know that everything is expensive today but if you are going to pay for something so expensive, at least they give you good service and quality. I ordered a chicken taco and it only came with bits of chicken and they charged me for the vegetables. I don't know but when I order tacos in other restaurants the vegetables are already included. I wouldn't be complaining if it weren't that they barely put a little bit of chicken in it.

Stopped here heading home from the airport. It was late, about 9pm. I ordered from the mobile app the cravings box. Only one thing in the box was good. The cheesy gordita crunch. The bean burrito has big chunks of onion in every bite so I didn't finish it. The cinnamon twists were stale. The sauce I asked for wasn't included. There couldn't even be an excuse that it was busy because it was an empty restaurant at that time. The worker was friendly enough though so that at least helped with the rating.

The cashier dropped the taco box not the actual problem. It's just how it started. Then the cook tried to take the box that was dropped in the drive thru and was possibly trying to re serve food that had been dropped on the ground. If he really didn't wanna cook it he should have told the cashier to give me a refund.

Is it me or do you think part of the assembly line for tacos is to crush it after packaging it? Every...I mean EVERY taco I had was crushed..might as well been a taco salad. I thought going thru the drive thru would get me fresh items also. NOPE..most was cold. Will this be the death of fast food? I'm not just banging on this establishment. I don't eat out much anymore but sometimes it's just easier, and I can tell you that quality is out the door with just about every place you go to that is fast food. It's a shame...

I've been to this taco bell before, and they get my order wrong most of the time. We thought we'd give it one more shot. Ordered 2 burritos and a few tacos. Asked for no sour cream (I hate it).
Of course, both burritos had sour cream. This order was placed on a kiosk, so it's not like misheard the order. All the tacos were very stingy on ingredients. One was literally like a teaspoon of meat, a lot of lettuce, and about 5 shreds of cheese. I learned my lesson. I'll never go to that taco bell again.
Service was slow. Food was pretty standard for a Taco Bell. Tables and restrooms were clean.

Usually I stop here on the weekends and the food is great. But this time it was cold. I ordered two burritos. You could tell I was interrupting them. They were upset they had to stop goofing off to deal with me.
