I don't know what it is about this location, but almost every employee, including the manager there that I've interacted with over the last 3+ months all seem to have an attitude. And if something is wrong with your order, they act like it's your fault they messed up. I've had change slammed in my hand, bags shoved at me, eyes rolled, and while waiting on my food for 7+ minutes when he brought it out couldn't even take an extra step to get closer to my car so he kinda tossed it at me, I said thank you and he said nothing, rolled his eyes and walked back inside. They tell you they're closed 15-20 minutes before closing and try justifying it saying they don't have much food left anyways. I used to work there when I was a teenager, and my managers wouldn't have let us act the way they do. And the one time I had to deal with the manager, my order got messed up and he huffs and puffs and when I got my actual food I said thank you and he just closes the windows. He acted like I was the one who got it wrong.

Just had a gyro from there, now i get them all the time at Arbys all over the country, but this was by far the worst 1 I have had, The wrap it was in was old, hard and cracked in two, there was very little meat in it, it was not edible. I dont know about any of the other things they serve there but I will never return to this location

Worst service, management and food I have ever had at Arby’s. I ordered the gobbler , which shows no mayo listed that would be on it yet it was covered in mayo. I went up and told them and the manager came out with a piece of paper showing that it says mayo. I said well the sign doesn’t say anything about mayo. He goes over and looks at it and sure enough, no mayo. He very rudely turns around and says well what else do you want. I said a small beef and cheddar. It was absolutely horrible, the meat was not even cut up on it. It’s 6:15 at night I’m sure he was tired, but no excuse to be that rude and unprofessional to your customers. $30 on two meals that was not worth eating. Definitely not be back to this location!

I'd like to say first that we are very polite people and in the restaurant industry.I'm a chef and my sister is a server.We always treat people in the industry with respect,courtesy,and understanding. Having said that.When I came out of the restroom.I could already see that my sister was upset for some reason.I figured she'd tell me later.So I walked up to the counter smiling and said.How are you today.The guy said fine in an unfriendly tone.I pushed passed and said we'll that's good.I had a coupon and presented it to him.He snatched it out of my hand and smirked at the girl working drive thru.Who smirked back with sarcasm.I opened my wallet.Counted out what I owed and he snatched out of my hand while I was still making sure none of my bills were stuck together.I knew my sister was hungry and we hadn't seen each other in a bit.So I decided not to pursue being treated that way and moved on.I don't know if he was having issues with me being Cherokee or looking down on me for having a coupon.Either way I will never set foot in there again.I didn't understand why they had the ac on.It was like 40 degrees outside.I shouldn't have to eat with a coat on.Never again.
I'm a delivery driver hardly have time to stop wasted my only break here with a dried up beef jerky sandwich to go would have took it back if I didn't have to stay on schedule. Thanks for wasting my time.

Ordered through drive thru 3/18. Paid and was asked to pull up while they got the order ready. All I ordered was fish sandwich, crinkle fries and turkey ranch sandwich.
They brought the order to car. The fries were OLD and COLD. The fish sandwich was COLD. The turkey sandwich? Guess it passes.
What’s happened to this place? It’s definitely gone downhill.
By the way, clean your windows! If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!

First stop was restroom and it was so dirty and nasty, I would wash hands. The guy on register was very nice, food was awful rueben was all microwaved, so bread was like chewing gum(besides ruebens are grilled). No cheese I could find and had to ask for kraft. I added 4 potato cakes and both of center ones were still frozen. For 22.00 bucks I'll spend it elsewhere.
