Clean bathrooms and really good food and I love the old looks

I'd like to say first that we are very polite people and in the restaurant industry.I'm a chef and my sister is a server.We always treat people in the industry with respect,courtesy,and understanding.
Having said that.When I came out of the restroom.I could already see that my sister was upset for some reason.I figured she'd tell me later.So I walked up to the counter smiling and said.How are you today.The guy said fine in an unfriendly tone.I pushed passed and said we'll that's good.I had a coupon and presented it to him.He snatched it out of my hand and smirked at the girl working drive thru.Who smirked back with sarcasm.I opened my wallet.Counted out what I owed and he snatched out of my hand while I was still making sure none of my bills were stuck together.I knew my sister was hungry and we hadn't seen each other in a bit.So I decided not to pursue being treated that way and moved on.I don't know if he was having issues with me being Cherokee or looking down on me for having a coupon.Either way I will never set foot in there again.I didn't understand why they had the ac on.It was like 40 degrees outside.I shouldn't have to eat with a coat on.Never again.

I'm a delivery driver hardly have time to stop wasted my only break here with a dried up beef jerky sandwich to go would have took it back if I didn't have to stay on schedule. Thanks for wasting my time.

Great food especially with coupons for food discounts

Ordered through drive thru 3/18. Paid and was asked to pull up while they got the order ready. All I ordered was fish sandwich, crinkle fries and turkey ranch sandwich.

They brought the order to car. The fries were OLD and COLD. The fish sandwich was COLD. The turkey sandwich? Guess it passes.

What’s happened to this place? It’s definitely gone downhill.

By the way, clean your windows! If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!

Very unorganized and low staffed

First stop was restroom and it was so dirty and nasty, I would wash hands. The guy on register was very nice, food was awful rueben was all microwaved, so bread was like chewing gum(besides ruebens are grilled). No cheese I could find and had to ask for kraft. I added 4 potato cakes and both of center ones were still frozen. For 22.00 bucks I'll spend it elsewhere.

Food was Luke warm. Come here occasionally when visiting my vet, reason for 1 start is bc this last visit a strong odor of urine coming from the bathrooms was like standing in it at their drink machine. Told the cashier, her response was she couldn't smell it and that was it, comment from the owner was a joke. Updated this to show how nasty a place to eat this was and they do nothing to fix it

We had our first French dip sandwich and it was delicious. It was loaded with delicious roast beef. Service was good. Their inside could use some updating. We'll be back.

Got a chocolate milkshake, sweet tea, a beef 'n' cheddar sandwich, and curly fries. The milkshake was the only saving grace of the meal, and it took several minutes to get that because either the machine was empty or it was frozen over (still, I admit it was worth the wait). But also the sizes have changed, the regular is now so tiny. Despite literally no other customers in but us, our food was cold. My mother substituted the sesame bun for a star bun, didn't get that though so she just removed the sesame bun. The fries were cold and mostly hard. The sweet tea wasn't just normal, my mother said it was like pure sugar water, not even tea flavoured. First and last visit, very disappointed to spend $25 and not even be full by the end and toss so much food. There's a REASON the parking lot is empty!

This is the third time in a row that we have gone to the Arby's and Jonesborough, every single time we have ordered curly fries with cheese, and three times in a ro

w that have not given us the cheese for our fries! I'm done, tired of paying extra everytime for something I'm not getting, I'm done! Sad, I've eaten at this restaurant since the day they opened.

Got French dip sandwiches. Size of sandwich had decreased by 50%. I used to could only eat half. I got home with them and thought they were minis. This has changed in two months.
