This Bojangles location has really gone down hill. The Triggs really need to see what they are seeing out that window to their customers. Food is always cold, old, and tasteless. It is really sad to see one of their top stores now at the bottom. Hopefully changes will be made.

I door dashed from this restaurant. The food arrived late, cold, and completely subpar. I called this location and they didn't care. I the contacted door dash, and they just keep transferring me from department to department. DO NOT ORDER from this location unless you want their dregs.
It was horrible. Had to wait 35 minutes for 8 piece chicken. What the hell??

Nicest guy working the 'To Go' window. Friendly as can be, cared that everything needed was delivered. Unusually positive experience for a fast food restaurant. The young man working the window needs to be in Management. I appreciated his kindness, smile and professionalism.
