Food was delicious as always, but their service was not so great. The one that was said to be the manager asked if some of the food off my order still needed done and the workers' response was, "Duh as they took 8 minutes on a shake after we already had the food. The store itself wasn't very clean and the bathroom was horrendous to go into.
My husband has picked up food from here twice in the past month for us and it has been delicious, hot, fresh and fast.

I strongly do not recommend eating here there has been several of us in my party witnessed the employees working front counter sticking food in their mouth while at the register reaching down below the register and getting their drink which I know is against health regulations and Burger King's "REV" which is part of their food safety program and going next door and spreading lies to people there about me. If Lori the general manager there wants to keep spreading lies about me next door to a business then I will file a formal complaint

Everything we ordered was wrong it was terrible the jonesboro location is the worst I have ever seen on their cell phones they look like they don't care what they serve to the customer they all looked spaced out on drugs it sure wasn't worth what we paid

I have no idea why we tried going back here after our last experience, but we did. Guess we never learn. How hard is it to make a burger without cheese, like we ordered? Truly, this store can't get out of its own way. In the infamous words of Joe Pesci in the first Lethal Weapon movie, well, you know what happens at the drive thru. This BK location proves it over and over again.
Actually, I might say this about BK overall: Instead of taking to Google Reviews after our last experience in which we were overcharged by $5 and couldn't get our money back without a fight, I wrote corporate. Well, they sent the complaint to the Gray store instead like they had something to do with the lousy service and untrained personnel at the Jonesborough store.
After today, though, we're now going shopping for a new favorite fast burger, because BK has become a failure.
Food: 1 star when they can't get the order right. Service: 1 star when they can't get an order right. Atmosphere: Giving a 1 just to keep consistent. (Why on earth does a fast food restaurant need an "atmosphere" rating? Google shouldn't require stars for every option.)

Onion rings were not cooked enough. Original chicken was greasy. Update.. Ordered 2 chicken fries and 2 French fries . They pulled me out of drive thru to wait. Got home ,they gave me nuggets instead of chicken fries. How hard is it to get to get my order right ? Geez.
