Just want to ask when did a fast food restaurant become so slow ordered online and sat in line for about 45 mins.do they need more workers or just ones that can do the job right.

Placed a mobile order which gives a very short wait time for pickup around 3-5 minutes I believe. I arrived to the drive thru after 5 or so minutes with 2 trucks infront of me. I’m told to pull to the window for my mobile order by a man. 1st truck took over 20 minutes to get his order. 2nd truck had waited 30 minutes by the time he got to the window and there was some arguing that ensued that resulted in him giving her a bag of food back through the window and getting his cash back from her. Finally I pull to the window and there is a woman working but she honestly doesn’t even seem like she has a clue what is going on at all, like she had never worked there a day in her life. She was nice enough even telling me she hoped I hadn’t been waiting long which is funny since it had been over 30 minutes so not exactly fast food… The food was edible but not worth the time or price certainly. Had to drop a review when I saw it had 4 stars cause definitely not from that experience.

I really enjoyed captain d's again. Especially since they removed the one from burlington NCwhere I'm at . That was the biggest mistake in my opinion.
