Came to Elizabeth City cookout. Order not made right the first time around. Ordered a single burger and a double. The single had more meet than the double. The hamburger didn’t even cover the bun. Had more bun than meat. Go to wipe out hands. And no napkins given. Tighten up.

I’ve been coming here for years, up until a few months ago I was happy with the service and food and now it’s such a disappointment. Tonight I drove through and ordered “Cajun tray with bacon wrap and FF with BBQ and sweet tea . Well I received no BBQ, Sweettea that tasted like IT HAD BEEN SITTING ALL DAY AND A HALF OF 🥪 sandwich!!! Did one of the employees get hungry or something ? It’s ridiculous how much they screw up . I

went to cookout in Graham north Carolina today for a milkshake. not the normal one I go to but went on break from work since it's close by. the girl on the speaker said I would have to come back at 10:30 when they opened up. looked at the clock on my dash and it said 10:27. really? I've got to leave and come back over 3 minutes? I guarantee you I will not come back to this one. poor customer service skills,,

Waited at the window in the hot ass sun for 15 mins with employees looking out numerous times and never ask to take my order,no inside seating,don't waste your time with this place hopefully will go bankrupt and something good will take its place.

Food especially milkshakes and burgers are the best...can't rate atmosphere it's drive thru only...service is usually good..sometimes slow..only negative is walking taco..I wish it was bigger or just a taco

Hate to say it but they are slower than molasses. If there is a line in drive through just be prepared to wait 15 min or more

Ordering was unusual and awkward as a first time customer. There's a drive thru and walk thru window but no where to eat so we had to find a nearby park.
The food was good for the price. I had minor complaints about each item but overall good food.
We appreciated the for real grilled chicken breast, but the smoke soot on it from moving too quickly whil on the grill was unappetizing.
The staff I interacted with were young and not ready to sell me on the unique idea of this place. Maybe with a more pointed front of house this place would be 5 star the way it is.
