Went to get a milkshake with my husband. The line was getting long so my husband decided to go to the walk up window. He stood there for over 5 minutes in the cold without a single person acknowledging him. I know for a fact that they saw him standing there. I understand being busy but someone could have at least acknowledged him and said it would take a few minutes. Ridiculous.

Food was definitely hot as it all melted through the side of the box you didn't use the provided insulation paper. Maybe you guys didn't realize thats what that aluminum foil is for. This btw is a normal ridiculous sized servings of the side items that this location has servedme many times now.... like really charge more if you need to but please place full portions of sides. You guys should use some type of packaging vessel like a cardboard frie cup or a wax paper bag to ensure qualityand quantity?!?!

Great experience tonight — the line moved fast, order was accurate, and the place just felt well-run. Seems like they’ve got someone new in charge who knows what they’re doing. Big improvement from before. I’ll be back

Every time I come there, they screw my order up every time been there at least 12 times never ordering here again and I want my refund I dont even want the food i literally wouldn't have even cared if they would have made it a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. But I literally asked for a crispy Chicken Sandwich and they give me a grilled skinless dry, I don't know what piece of leather on my bun.

Love that they have Cheerwine and the Cook Out style burgers are delicious. Just make sure to double-check your order if you go during the night shift.

Only Drive through, no Dine-In. Cook Out is the only chain that serves charcoal burgers that taste like they came from your backyard grill. They have an outstanding selection of shakes. Definitely a change from every day fast food.

Me and my wife got home after stopping at this cookout just to find that they didn’t even put her chicken strips in the box. Just the two sides

Not a local, but I visit the area yearly. Was told that they have good food so I decided to check it out. Ordered the Cheddar Style double burger tray with fries, hush puppies, and a Reese's peanut butter cup milkshake.

The good: Service was friendly. Milkshake was super thick and the chunks of PB cups in it added great flavor. The hush puppies also had a delicious sweetness to them that you don't normally get at most fast food joints.

The mediocre: French fries were French fries. Perfectly adequate.

The bad: The burger patties were small and there was an absurd amount of fried onions on the burger. Pretty sure there was an entire onion stacked on there, which completely outweighed the miniscule burger patties. Even after scraping a half pound of onions off the burger, I found the burger patties to lack any real flavor. By far, the worst burger I've had in a few years.

The annoying: As good as my milkshake was, the pb cup chunks in it were way too big to fit through the straw, so I had to eat it with a spoon. This wouldn't bother me if I was at a sit down joint, but since it's drive through only, I wasn't able to enjoy my shake while driving.

In closing: Would definitely go back to try more of their milkshake flavors and enjoy a side of hush puppies, but the burger was horrible and I'll gladly take my business elsewhere for a full meal.
