Unfortunately, last Sunday when me and my husband went to eat here, there was some sort of bug infestation. There were flies and gnats flying around, walking all over the doughnuts. There were so many, that the cashier had to swat them out of her face while taking our order. We had to eat in our car rather than in the dining room. Not only due to the flies and gnats, but because the tables and chairs were not clean.The staff was so nice and friendly, and the service we received was great! However, the gnats and flies really made me worried about the quality of our food and drinks.To the Dunkin Staff: Please do a better job at upkeeping a clean environment, with clean tables and chairs, and please take care of a bug infestation

They offer my favorite coffee. Which starts my day, every day. Although they are constantly understaffed, therefore they are slow. I wish they could speed the service up. That would make them hard to beat.
Every time I order the cream filled, there is hardly any cream in it. This location (Jonesborough) it the worst for that.I don't understand why...Without the cream, it's just a cardboard donut with nothing in the middle. Come on now! Sheesh :/
