I have always had a pleasant experience with this location. The employees are polite and my drinks have been a consistent quality that I expect from Dunkin.Today deserves a special thanks due to the sweet person working the dine-in register. I had messed up my order via the Dunkin app and missed my opportunity to use a coupon. In my experience, generally employees at most businesses have no idea how to navigate app related issues and just shrug it off. She still honored the coupon...
