I had a coupon for chicken strips. I didn't like them. Husband sid they were ok, but he eats anything. Lol. I had to pull up and wait for them to bring out the order, which I was ok with at least it was fresh.

Out of “special” because of short staffing. Required to purchase higher priced food items Cashier insisted she would have to pay if they honored the price item. The counter people was so stressed I realize getting workers is hard and difficult. But if a person seeing this I wouldn’t wanna work like that

Ordered with the app to redeem a great coupon offer. However, when I went to pick up my order, the young man at the counter explained that due to weather (snow and ice) they were out of my coupon item. I asked about options and we agreed on an acceptable substitute. Quick and customer focused service by the young man and a happy customer. Thanks, Hardee's! Order # 902573

Ordered 2 Maple Bacon biscuits at drive thru They have been advertised. They said they weren’t available yet so ok why advertise? Anyway went ahead and ordered 2 ham platters , drive all the way home and no biscuits in orders ! Ok so I called and they said I could come back or they would write it down . So I chose to drive back 10 minutes away . Got my biscuits but nothing extra for the second trip . An extra biscuit or apple pie or something would have been nice . But NOTHING .poor customer relations in my opinion

Needs a 10 star! So getting Hardee’s in the morning is like a family tradition before going hunting. This time, stopped at this Hardee’s, was confused where google said opens 4:30am, called in and the guy was super understanding and super cheerful. Hands down best biscuits I’ve had all deer season! Super fresh, not too flaky, wasn’t just thrown together like other places. Guess I have a new favorite hunting spot for next season since this Hardee’s is close by!

This place has the best biscuit cook around! I will drive past another Hardee’s just to get a biscuit from here. The store is clean and the employees are so nice. They know a lot of people by face and will have your order together before you even order. Kuddos to the manager for having such a great staff and a great restaurant!!

The food had a junk of hair the workers were telling me to shut up they would sit on the counters take the food out the trash and give it to the next person
Employee doesn't understand customer service. No customer wants you to open the drive through window and just say a number "$11.36". How about saying Hello or how are you. It only takes an extra second and tiny amount of effort to engage with the customer...to smile... to act like you care. If they are not being trained on this, it is a leadership failure. Sad.

Very disappointing. I stopped for a strawberry milkshake, and I got a glass of strawberry milk... I'm not sure there was even any ice cream in it. Won't make that mistake again

There was only 3 employees and it took forever to get our food, then I had to ask twice for our milk shakes after we got our food, food was stone cold. Didn't take it back because didn't want to wait another 30 min. Just won't go back
