Employee doesn't understand customer service. No customer wants you to open the drive through window and just say a number "$11.36". How about saying Hello or how are you. It only takes an extra second and tiny amount of effort to engage with the customer...to smile... to act like you care. If they are not being trained on this, it is a leadership failure. Sad.

Very disappointing. I stopped for a strawberry milkshake, and I got a glass of strawberry milk... I'm not sure there was even any ice cream in it. Won't make that mistake again

There was only 3 employees and it took forever to get our food, then I had to ask twice for our milk shakes after we got our food, food was stone cold. Didn't take it back because didn't want to wait another 30 min. Just won't go back

I had the 2 for $5 wraps and I really liked them. I will definitely go back. The restaurant was clean. The service was a little slow but about the same as others.
Stop there. Decide to get a kids meal. It was 9:00 at night things was a little slow. That's okay but the burger and fries was hot.
