I don't know what is wrong with this particular McDonald's. But probably the worst. Hands down they literally turned away a bus full of hungry children. ....bc of cleaning....when it's says on their website open til 1am. Work on your people skills Jonesboro McDonald's!

Typical McDonald's, order then pay only to get told to pull ahead window just to wait longer so timer gets padded thru the drive thru window. Then watch orders get filled behind you while you wait. To be fair it's a common theme every where else except a few places.

They avoid you like you have the plague if you try to talk to a person to order. There are No napkins straws or lids in the lobby trash everywhere. Workers standing around socializing while 1 or 2 do all the work

This location always sells expired pies. I bought two pies that said Best By 2:59pm and are sold to me at 6pm. This has happened before and I called the manager who seemed very disinterested to receive feedback the first time I had this issue. I have yet to have fresh fries even during dinner rush on any of my orders, received old chicken with little to no lettuce when getting a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and many times missing bacon when I add it on. If you are in this area, it would better serve you to drive a bit further to find a better location.

I used the app to order and received old fries as my free fry and my tea was not half and half which ruined my entire evening cause it made me sick. But this was just one bad experience here, I have had many good ones as well, 8 out of 10 are good for the most part on average.
Dietary restrictions: I order a half and half tea due to a gastric bypass surgery I have had because to much sugar makes me sick to my stomach and about 6 out of 10 times they do not make it half and half so be mindful u might not be getting what u ask for.

There's not a clean table in the place. The floor has food and trash all thru it. The girl behind the register was anything but nice. The manager said he would deal with her. Hopefully he sent her for customer service training.
