I get consistent food quality at this restaurant. The drive thru usually moves quickly & the staff is friendly. They will automatically upgrade your drink choice to a large if you don’t specify your size choice ( and sometimes even if you do, they change it, so be aware)

Takes forever with in side service, taking care of the drive-through DoorDash and mobile deliveries is most important. Every time I try to order through the app for one of their deals, the price is never right it’s always different everywhere I go. I’ll hardly ever go there but whenever I do, it’s always sucks. Only thing I like is the big Mac and that’s what I was trying to get…..

Went in the lobby to order and had 3 different employees just flat out ignore me! I even stood there where you pick up deliveries and screamed “hey could someone help me over here”? They all chose to ignore me and it wasn’t cool at all!! I live right next to this one so I can’t say I won’t be going back but I just wanted to let someone know that the lobby is being totally ignored at 10-30-11 on 12-9-25

I arrived at 11 not knowing the lobby had been closed yet the door was wide open and welcoming so i came in and was greeted by a very disrespectful night manger named austin, he snaped at us to leave when we had just walked in yelling at us to leave right now snapping pointing to the door we would of left no matter what no problem but was very offended with the way he yelled snaped in a very disrespectful unprofessional manner his name was austin and we did not appreciate him

I went to go get foods with friends, not knowing it was closed. Door was propped open with a wet floor sign. We walked in, not locked at all. Employee yelled for a guy multiple times, didn’t tell us himself they were closed. Manager named Austin Snaps his fingers to leave when we had just walked in. Very unprofessional and unnecessary approach to people just trying to get a bite to eat! Yelling at us. Try a different approach next time and remember lock the door if you are closed.

Gone down hill quick in the past year. this place has been over ran by spoiled teenagers. they can’t keep people for this very reason, I see different faces every other month. it seems like they gossip more about who’s dating who and who did this rather then doing their j.o.b. Whether it’s McDonald’s or not. Don’t work there if you don’t like it. Complained about an order and got talked to like I was an inconvenience for not just walking away with the wrong food. not sure why we’re giving what seems to be highschool teens management and the adult ones don’t seem like they care too much about what the kids do. Woman with the big gut and bangs let 4 of them Ignore me in the lobby and seemed like it was a punchline to a joke for an apology. lost a regular, congratulations

Everything was good untill an employee come in from a smoke break, he took in a big draw then walked in the front door and walked behind the cashier blowing smoke all back through the kitchen, sad thing was Manager didn't seem to Care

While Doordashing, I must admit, I have had my fair share of McDonald's orders. All the McDonald's in the Johnson City area are worth the visit. You can tell they are trying to clean up their act. Way to go Mcdonalds crew and company!!

Why can't the crew stir in the ice coffee flavors?? It just sits on the bottom....at least add the flavor last so the CUSTOMER can shake it to somewhat dissolve it into the ice coffee.
