This review is for thing only. I don’t know what you have changed about the pork tenderloin biscuit but it’s no where near the same. No flavor at all. It’s like they got thin pork chops from Food City and just threw them in the grill. Please go back to the old one that were round with the amazing seasoning. These are gross!!! And I was sooo excited to get it this morning. Same for the Erwin Pals.

Depends on locations and time of day . Sometimes food is great. Sometimes my dog will run from it. It's really a mystery if your going to get the best or the worst. Employees were topnotch people can't fault them.

Food was delicious, but my girlfriend was very aggressively and pointedly called "Sir" by the person taking our order. Won't be visiting this location again.

I’m always impressed with the speedy service at Pals. No matter how long the line is I’m always in and out of it very quickly. Hamburgers are always consistently good and the strawberry shake is better than average.
