Complete garbage service and incompetence. Placed an order TWICE!!! And because the driver didn't know how to use Google maps, they canceled the order both times. I will NEVER order from Papa John's ever again. NEVER!!!!

Ordered a Pizza ,wanted stuffed crust, app kept saying only could do a large for stuffed crust, so that's what I ordered and when I checked out, it defaulted to regular crust, not what I wanted. Ordered it for 4:45, it defaulted to immediately, even though it was only 4pm. Not what I wanted. Asked for text alerts, never got one when ready, until I checked email to see it was ready for pick up. Picked up a Cold, non stuffed, not good at all, pizza. Never again. Black Olive will get our business, from now on.

After calling four times I was hung up on three times finally got through to someone and he refused to take my order so I took my business across the street to Pizza Hut nice job Papa John's I would not recommend this store to anyone
