Ordered delivery, turns out they use a third party. The driver didn't bother to use a pizza bag so it wasn't hot on arrival. The food is ok for mass produced commissary stuff. Most small business pizza joints are much better but don't offer delivery in our area. Businesses should REQUIRE drivers to use an insulated bag or container to deliver hot food.

Gave 1*to be able to review. I was told on the phone before driving 30 min. Special was 3 toppings for $11. change. I asked before ordering if they were in Jonesborough, Tn. He said yes. He gave me a totol of $16. and change. I asked why there was an additional $5. when tax was only $1.20. Hr said the manager needed to fix the prices. I said I'm assuming that will be taken care of when I pick it up. She didn't and said they received their orders from a call center. I wasn't given the truth at all and I didn't get the pizza

Food was really good. I showed up when I was supposed to pick it up. Had to wait for 20 minutes longer and then had to remove the desert because I didn't want to wait another 10min. And they actually acted like it was my fault. I have been going here for years. This is the first let down.

Not all Pizza Huts are created equal, but Jonesborough Pizza Hut always has great pizza and the staff is super friendly. Watch for their deals online - some good values considering how expensive dining out has become.

It doesn't look like a regular pizza hut. They didn't have ice for water and you ordered at the counter. Just not for me
Ordered food at 830. It didn't arrive till 10. Was sitting in the warmer the whole time. Came soggy and stale. I called and asked where the order was. And was told they don't have drivers and they were waiting for door dash. Pizza and breadsticks came disgusting

I'm giving more stars than are deserved from our last order because we have always had excellent pizza from here. But the pizza last week was actually so bad we tossed it rather than eating it. It was pepperoni, pork, and onion but was completely without flavor. I wrote in to tell them about it via the feedback option and got a three-line apology from the ownership saying they don't mean to serve bad pizza. No acknowledgement at all of our stated concerns regarding the quality of that pizza. I think they should have tried AI for their response, because even a chatbot would have written a more appropriate letter. I don't think we'll be back to gamble on another meal when we can go elsewhere in town. ---- Update after owner response ---- I did as asked and received no replay at all. It's been nearly three weeks. 'Nuff said.

Hand tossed Chrust on our specialty Veggie pizza was maybe half done, tried finishing it in Air fryer but dried out the veggies very disappointed. Ordered same pizza 2 weeks ago that was perfect.
