I called 22 times before got through. Then told me couldn't get delivered. Well they state have delivery!! Didn't say might be hour or said no,need to pick up. The blonde is rude and unprofessional. Go to GREGS WAY

I've eaten pizza so over the US and abroad, and Rocky's pizza is excellent. The ingredients are fresh, the sauce is especially tasty, and the crust is excellent. IMHO, this is the best pizza in the Tri-cities! Eat ya' some!!!

I Love This Pizza place and this is the only Pizza I every eat but... There establishment states they closed at 8pm and I called at 7:15pm and get told they are closed this has happened multiple times and I wish they wouldn't do this!

Friendly staff and good pizza and wings. I only subtracted 1 star because the wait time was excessive dining in, and the Erwin location seems to taste a bit better on the pizzas than the Jonesborough location.

My family has been going here for 3 generations now. My parents, myself and now my kiddos and they've always had the best pizza and subs in town! We are regulars at this point and they always take such good care of myself and my daughter's when they are in there. Best local place in Jonesborough!

In conclusion, it was delicious beyond expectations. Of course, the portion was so large (maybe I ate too little) that I could only eat about 1/4 of it...
It is very crowded during lunch time, so it is best to avoid crowded times to enjoy the food comfortably.
It's a shame that calzone isn't on the menu. I think if you're this good at making pizza, you'd be good at calzone too...

Watch out for the delivery people the one I had took it apon himself to add a $5 tip to my card with out my approval so if I where you I would do carry out there delivery people are dishonest

I have love Rocky's pizza and wings. I couldn't even count how many times I have been there. Usually the staff is very nice. Today the lady that was the cashier was very rude. I ask about why I was given one total on phone and a different one when I got there, and she ignored me. I ask her did she hear me and she said yes and then explained why but not in a friendly manner. Customer service is very important

Received pizza with mushrooms I didn’t order. Didn’t realize till half gone so was a good thing wasn’t allergic to them. Told them and would’ve at least thought I would’ve got an apology from them but that didn’t even happen. Not impressed tonight. So be sure if you order a pizza to make sure it doesn’t have toppings that you didn’t want/order.
