This is consistently the worst Starbucks in the area. Maddi (manager) at her team really need some training or be replaced. Today at first there was only 1 person working with a line to the door. Maddi was sitting outside the location and finally got up to up. She did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle the food for the customer before me with her bare hands. Maddi then took my order. The total was much more than what I pay for the exact same drink at the Starbucks down the street and via mobile order.

Finally a third girl got to work and they needed to ridicule her for being an hour late to work with a Baja blast from Taco Bell before getting back to work. It took forever for them to make my cold brew coffee because the 2 girls were more interested in chatting than making orders. The second girl, more of an emo look (she had no visible nametag) was picking up other customers cups and running her hands around the rim of the cups, obviously had zero food handling training. The taller girl, also no name tag but had glasses, was making my drink. When she handed it to me, I questioned if she put cherry in the cold foam. She rudely said yes. I said it’s usually pink and this is white which is why I asked. She said it is pink, it’s out lighting and walked away. Well it still wasn’t pink outdoors nor did it have any flavor of cherry at all. So I paid more for an incorrectly made drink.

Had this been a one time thing, I wouldn’t provide a review but when Maddi and tall girl (who never has a nametag) are working, I’ve NEVER been served properly.

I’ll skip this one moving forward as the one down the street inside Food City take mobile order, drinks always taste great and the are friendly whether you order there or via mobile.

Drink was perfect, this location is inside Ingles and does not have a drive thru, when I searched for locations with a drive thru this one came up.

It's a shame you pay $25 for drinks on to throw them away because someone doesn't know the difference between vanilla syrup and sugar free vanilla. Thanks I drove 2 hours to knoxville drinking a drink thar none of us could even finish.

Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old just had to have a cake pop. I'm not sure I knew they had them but she did. I don't think she was crazy about it but she's very picky. Getting to go to Starbucks & get something with her money was priceless.

I think there must be something wrong here and/ or someone should retrain this whole store. I would just avoid this one- it is a waste of your time and money every time. There are 4 other Starbucks’ within 15 mins of this one that know what they’re doing.

My drink was ok but my service was terrible. Extremely slow and a girl came through the line that the male barista was obviously sweet on, so he took her order and got it out ahead of two or three other customers that ordered before her. Not a good way to do business
