Seems like every order is wrong and ice cold.....who wants to bite into an ice cold fry or taco 🤬 on top of that they don't pay attention to request either extra or something removed and most of the time always missing 1-2 items.

We used the self-serve ordering system, which worked well, and the food was decent. I ordered an additional taco to go but waited a long time. As I stood there, I watched staff handling money with gloved hands, then preparing food without changing gloves. I saw a blonde girl scrub her forehead with both hands and then run through her hair before continuing to handle food. They also seemed to prioritize other orders because they were out of Doritos Locos Tacos shells. When I inquired about my order, the staff wandered to the back, unable to find the shells. Frustrated and grossed out, I left. Basic hygiene rule: CHANGE YOUR DISGUSTING GLOVES!!

I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people of this location. I’m not sure if it’s staffing problems, or if it’s problems with the management, but it should never take more than a half hour to go through a fast food drive through. This is with only a few cars in line. Anyone who has been to this location knows that once you are in the car line, there is no way out, so you are at the mercy of the most dysfunctional, slow, poorly operated fast food restaurant in the region. This is not a one time occurrence, and going inside provides its own set of frustrations. Update=40 minutes.

I have only been to this location twice but both times have been absolutely amazing!! Unlike the other location down the road, this location is so kind and courteous. The food has been so fresh and tasty. I appreciate the effort from y’all so much and will definitely be back.

This place is slowly getting worse and worse, service is getting more rude and slower, they often ignore people up front, and audibly complain about peoples orders.
Lately there making there cinnamon twist where there's very hard crunchy bits into it that's displeasing other T.B they are not so this particular one in Jonesborough is doing something wrong obviously

Y’all, I love Taco Bell, this is the absolute worst fast food location. The employees are always beyond rude and disrespectful, there is always immediate attitude and smart comments as soon as you pull up to the speaker. God forbid you have a question because it won’t be answered kindly. I work in customer service and even with all the silly questions it is my job to stay kind, as it is these employees to do the same for their customers. This is not the only issue with them. I have been to this location many times because I work in that direction and it’s quick and easy, with that I have never received my order correctly. Every single time, I have not received my full order, which is so inconvenient and costly. And when you go back for them to fix their mistake, they love to make it out that you’re trying to get a free meal off of them. Please Taco Bell switch up the management at this location!

DID NOT GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED
DID NOT WANT jalapeño
It is our go-to fast food restaurant because we like the food and it is the only place that three people can eat for under $20.
Surely (I would hope) there's a minimum quota for how many pieces of potato need to be in the Spicy POTATO Soft Taco, and 3 cannot possibly be it.
I have lived here all my life and when I go to this Taco Bell, I have always used the drive through. It's been about a year or so since I have had anything from this location. I was with a friend on this visit and they wanted to go in to eat. We ordered and while my friend was filling our drinks, I went to choose a place for us to sit and every single table and chairs were dirty. I went to the napkin dispensaries to grab some so I could wipe off the table and chairs but there weren't any. I asked at the counter for some and if I could get a rag to clean with and the woman handed me some and said that she would be right out to clean the table. She did come right out and asked me which table we were going to sit at and quickly wiped it down but didn't do a very good job on the seats, I used the napkins to finish the job. While we were waiting for our food, I visited the restroom to wash my hands and as I went past the door leading into the kitchen, I slipped on the floor and almost fell. It was slick, like grease was on it. That's when I took a good look at the cleanliness of the place. The floors were absolutely nasty! I looked into the kitchen from the counter where you order from and the floor was dirty and had several piles of swept up dirt and trash here and there. Those floors haven't been swept in several days to a week and they haven't seen a mop in weeks to a month or more. When we got our food, they forgot two items on my friends order and they put sour cream on them, when they had requested no sour cream. They decided to eat them anyway because it took a while to get them. I took a bite of my taco pizza (smaller than I remember and thin), and it just didn't taste right. I ate almost half which was about 3 bites and decided to eat one of my tacos. I took a bite of the taco and it tasted like some kind of weird chemical. I took a second bite just to make sure and couldn't eat anymore. I asked my friend, without telling them that it tasted bad, to take a bite and tell me what they thought; they did and immediately spat it out and said that it tastes like bug spray. I couldn't eat anymore or even drink my drink because I worried about the cleanliness of the soda fountain. My friend couldn't believe that I ate what little I did, but I am one that can't stand to throw food away and will eat leftovers until it's gone. They convinced me to request a refund and I did . They refunded me the full amount of our bill, without hesitation or an apology. I will never go there again and I suggest that if you have only used the drive through, go in next time and take a good look around. I'm going to call their corporate office and let them know about this location.
Worst taco bell I have gotten food from. A Crunch Wrap Supreme was all lettuce. My husband had to look for meat. They said a crunch wrap should be a scoop. Well a scoop is less than a teaspoon. We had a side of guacamole which they call scoop was like maybe a teaspoon
This was no SUPREME.
