There’s nothing like Southern hospitality and going through the Taco Bell to order some really great food get it hot with awesome service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere says it all!! Had to wait to get our order taken . Need more personal . Bought a 9 dollar lux box what a total rip off . Two very very small not sure what they were both in a very small wrap . Took it back young lady told me both were in there I was not missing one . Eack about the size of my finger . Total rip off paid 9 dollars for a 5 dollar meal . Save your money .

Used the drive thru which is lightning fast. Greeted with a smile. When leaving I saw someone trying to get out of thir car, but somehow fell out onto the parking lot, it was a great laugh! 5 stars!

Every time I’ve been to this Taco Bell the potatoes are stale, nothing is wrapped properly so it spills when you take it out of the bag, and there’s more burrito/taco shell than actual filling of what you’ve ordered. It’s either super quick or super slow-no in between. The food is horrible. Stale, cold, or overcooked. I’ve gone to this location numerous times for almost 2 years and it has yet to change.

Seems like every order is wrong and ice cold.....who wants to bite into an ice cold fry or taco 🤬 on top of that they don't pay attention to request either extra or something removed and most of the time always missing 1-2 items.
We used the self-serve ordering system, which worked well, and the food was decent. I ordered an additional taco to go but waited a long time. As I stood there, I watched staff handling money with gloved hands, then preparing food without changing gloves. I saw a blonde girl scrub her forehead with both hands and then run through her hair before continuing to handle food. They also seemed to prioritize other orders because they were out of Doritos Locos Tacos shells. When I inquired about my order, the staff wandered to the back, unable to find the shells. Frustrated and grossed out, I left. Basic hygiene rule: CHANGE YOUR DISGUSTING GLOVES!!

I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn people of this location. I’m not sure if it’s staffing problems, or if it’s problems with the management, but it should never take more than a half hour to go through a fast food drive through. This is with only a few cars in line. Anyone who has been to this location knows that once you are in the car line, there is no way out, so you are at the mercy of the most dysfunctional, slow, poorly operated fast food restaurant in the region. This is not a one time occurrence, and going inside provides its own set of frustrations. Update=40 minutes.

I have only been to this location twice but both times have been absolutely amazing!! Unlike the other location down the road, this location is so kind and courteous. The food has been so fresh and tasty. I appreciate the effort from y’all so much and will definitely be back.
