I am a frequent black olive in jonesborough supporter but as of recent the curbside service has been awful. Tonight makes the 6th curbside, yes 6th, order that has been incorrect. I will typically call and ask for a manager but every time I call, I just get “well we can remake it for if you come back” but I’m sorry, once I get all the way home I don’t want to go back out. I just want for the food to be right. I’m not sure if it’s the app they use or if they do not read the customizations on the receipts when orders come through, but you all need to be double checking. Do better. I hate leaving bad reviews, but if you do a curbside order here or to go, you may wanna check it before you leave the parking lot.

My fiancé and I stopped here for brunch last Friday and I’m so glad we did! Everything was absolutely incredible and we even bought some of their homemade jam to go! We randomly picked this place and will definitely come back. 10/10

My husband and I always try to eat at The Black Olive when we are in town. We’ve always had great service and food is delicious. The Italian nachos are my favorite.
Grayson makes the best drinks in the lounge ..last one I had was someone else I ordered a Pina colada and it was like a milk shake not favorable just a hint of coconut but the food is always good.. I will always see if Grayson works from now on when needing a mix drink..last one was not the best but when Grayson is there it's always good ..I hope to see him there more often .

The food is basic. Service was good. However food was bland and not much to choose from. Tiramisu was probably the worst I’ve had. Also over priced. I recommend mom and pop shops
