We (my family) have eaten there many times. All of our visits have been very good to fantastic. The food is great and the staff very friendly and attentive. We plan to go back many times.
We stopped in for an early dinner after a Saturday matinee at the JRT. You place your order at the register and they bring it to your table. The four of us ordered vegetable fritters, deep fried mushrooms, fish & chips, Shepherd's Pie, and Bangers & Mash. I didn't care for the mushrooms, too much batter and a little overcooked. I liked the curry yogurt sauce but others didn't. The fritters were good. The diner gave the Shepherd's Pie an average 3 stars....
This place is very cute and humble. I love the laid back feel. Food was amazing and service was great. It is small and gets packed quickly. So, if you want to go best to get there at open.
