Food and personnel were fine. Hate the new AI order at the drive thru. I didn’t see a board listing my order, it kept interrupting my order and it’s just another impersonal machine. Get rid of it!

Top 3 worst experience at a restaurant being fast food or otherwise. Usual mobile pickup which started okay but got told to pull around and wait which is no big deal. Noticed another customer waiting and looking frustrated after sitting for several minutes. He went to side door to see what was happening and we have at that point been waiting just as long. He came and went to the window a few times and finally ended up with his food which was wrong. It was finally at this point they came outside after 15 minutes of waiting and told us that several employees had quit on him just now but he would still get started on our food. Few more minutes goes by and asks what was the name on the mobile order and then the order was finally billed out. He then came back out to tell me us to cancel the order even though we could not because the app stated it was already picked up. Mid convo he leaves to talk to the car next to us and starts cussing because apparently they were employees and telling them as soon as they clock in he is leaving. Went back through the drive thru to either get refund or food. Talked to two different employees that were both hostile and confused. They told us they can’t refund us but will start working on the food. They completed the order and gave us our food. She seemed apologetic and we understand that things happen but this was 40 minutes of waiting on food. We would have left had they not “completed” the order and it charged us. Only reason this is not a 1 star is because the lady rectified the food situation. This was a cartoonish/laughably bad experience. Will avoid this location in future.

Horrible! Always disorganized! Have complained ask for someone to contact me! Nothing! Wait to have order taken! Out of chili excuse day shift didn’t make. Never have issues at other Wendy’s! Has been this way since they opened.

Today I ordered a a Dave’s double w/ no mayo and I received a Dave’s double w/ no lettuce. The buns were soggy and the burger slapped together. I asked for a bag because my take out order was on a tray so the guy working the cash register placed my food in a bag with his bare unwashed hands after using the register. Bros hands were all over the fries.. basically I’m saying not great.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone get food out their window. I've been here 3 times and after I pay they always immediately send me to park ahead and wait. Today I ordered 2 chilis and baconator fries and waited 15 minutes. Absurd.
