I ordered thru Doordash 2 mcribs , carmel frappe, chicken nuggets and a southern style sweet tea lemonade. When my order arrived and I opened it there was a crumpled soggy receipt in my sweet tea. That is unacceptable I will never go to the oak ridge highway in knoxville tn.store again!!!!!! I placed my order at 1:40pm and received it at 2:30pm so whoever was working today 12/6/2024 is careless and does not care about their customers.

Honestly this McDonald's is the best between lake city and Clinton highway and karns they ain't stingy with the BBQ sauce on the mcrib like the dry one I got at karns oak ridge highway.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with just meat and cheese, and the first time, they put all the condiments on the burger. I tried to call 3 times and got voicemail. So I went back to get it corrected. The second time they still put ketchup on the burger.
