Placed a mobile order, waited 30 mins for it. Asked them about it twice & just so happens the second time it was already ready & they brought it right out. The burger was cold, the Vanilla Coke was disgusting, my sons slushy with nerds had no nerds. I definitely won't go back for as bad as the service & food was, that's a no from me. If you're paying the prices they want, they should be more on top of things & you're food shouldn't be cold or missing items.

This Sonic location is gone to the gutter. It lacks good customer service and they don't give you the amount of food you pay for. I bought three Sonic blasts and quit down the street to my house and when I looked at them they were all half full. Every time I go there it's always the wrong order or don't get all of my food. I would try to avoid this Sonic location in Kingston Springs. Cuz you will have a high percentage of getting robbed of your food

Worst worst sonic ever. Never have I ever had more issues from any "restaurant" ever. Quality is horrible, customer service is even worse! Food from here, is like feeding to someone like a test subject while hoping it works!! Never again!

I see why this spot only has 3.5 stars. This one is terrible. I ordered just a single cheeseburger with no mayo and I guess they took that as no pickle, ketchup and onions not to mention the patty was burnt all to hell. This sonic is awful and is need of serious change

Speed and courtesy of service was excellent. I enjoyed the fact that the tots with my number 2 combo were crisp, hot and lightly salted. The burger however was cool to the touch and overcooked by a longshot. I'm guessing it was sitting on the grill awhile before being nicely dressed and served.

43 min late for ONE drink. ONE. JUST ONE! It wasnt lunch hour or dinner time. I ordered ahead of time. Yet I waited 20 min for ONE @#$*#&! drink! How can they possibly justify that? Ridiculous! I wish this was a singular event, but Ive been here two other times, while on vacation, and they took just as long for small orders! My time is valuable too, Sonic! Just dissolve this location, its useless!

I order cheese sticks and a soda. My wait time was supposedly 5 min. After waiting 20 mins and watching other customers who arrived after me leaving with their food I pressed the button and talked to someone who told me my food would be right out.. 5 mins later someone brings out some one else's food..yes the wrong order after waiting 30 mins for cheese sticks and a soda. So then I asked for a refund. And then I drove off considering I had been their 30 mins. And NO THEY NEVER ISSUED MY REFUND. It was $6 no big deal. But I'll never do business here again ..and I'll make sure everyone knows this establishment is not good!

I have ordered here before and I recognize that everyone is short staffed. However, I ordered a tater tots and a lemonade cream slush and it took 30 minutes. I say this with the upmost respect as I want to see this place get better. Please be better.
