Ordered ahead on mobile app. Showed up to pick up order and was told the “grill was down” and that I had to wait more time for substitute food items. I wanted my order cancelled and refunded and was told to use the app. The app doesn’t do that.

Man we waited like an hour for 3 meals, and a kids meal. I wouldn't be mad if it came out fresh but it did not my whole order was wrong. I will never go back to this Sonic, I work in fast food and it was unacceptable!! 😔

All of the food was nasty, chicken and fries were overcooked. I was unaware that sonic cheeseburgers came with ketchup, these did. We won’t be back.

Poor customer service. Felt rushed while ordering. The person taking the order continued saying “anything else” after each item was ordered. Wait time for food was extremely long. Tater tots were not even in the container, and just tossed in the bag. They were the nastiest ever. Clearly the grease has not been changed in a while. Ordered a jr cheeseburger with pickle and onion. Burger came without the pickle and onion and was swimming in ketchup and mustard and of course no napkins in the bag. Had we not been in a hurry and noticed these things before leaving, I would’ve demanded my $18 back for my order. Food was not edible! Do better!

I'd like to know how this location is still open. The quality of the food is horrible. It's been bad for years now. I see the fake 5 star reviews. Stop trolling customers at this point.

Worst sonic experience I’ve ever had… I ordered 2 burgers one with no pickles, an order of chili cheese tots, an order of pickle seasoned tots and 2 drinks.
This was a Mobile order that was to be picked up by 2:15. I didn’t receive my order till 3:20. The bacon on the burgers was burnt black to a crisp and not edible. The burger with no pickles had pickles… and they gave me 2 orders of chili cheese tots and one was supposed to be pickle seasoned. To make matters worse the food was ice cold. I’ve been going to this sonic for years because it’s the only fast food restaurant in town and it’s never been great but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had…

30 mins to wait for an online order for 2 shakes to only get them and they were liquid and when a comment was made it was dismissed by the attendant like it was normal. I understand they may be short staffed but it is ridiculous amount of wait time for 2 basic shakes.

The time was after lunch, there was only one other vehicle there. The car was not very good. He was telling us our order before we could hear him. He acted as if he had more important things to do. He literally was shoving the food and drinks into our vehicle. I know he may have had it rough at lunch but we had just left the hospital and was stuck in there for five hours. Ok you had a rough lunch, but I'm dealing with an 81 year old with arthritis and dementia and she is not understanding why I'm handing the food or drinks to her.
I ordered larger tatortots with chili and cheese and extra chili and it's a good thing, otherwise the chili would have been non existent. The drink was good. Next I go through that area I'll go somewhere else.
