I literally never write reviews, but I was baffled by the service I received today. I tried talking myself out of going to begin with because my orders are never correct anytime I go to this location, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt & decided I’d take another shot at them.For one I ordered cheese tots & they came out with chili on them. The carhop did go fix that for me, but in the meantime I checked my sandwich that was supposed to be no mayo & it had mayonnaise on it so I clicked the button & told her & she said their ticket didn’t say that. I pulled up my receipt that in fact did show I clicked no mayo. Instead of giving me what I paid for & ordered she told me she was going to have to charge me. Like it was my fault there was an issue with their system? Her name was Johanna I believe. I tried giving her the sandwich back & she told me she couldn’t take my food back. Well first off, it’s not my food because it’s not what I ordered & on my end I have proof that it’s not. I sat on this just about all day & realized how poorly the customer service was.On top of it all I worked at sonic for YEARS & never treated my customers that way. You don’t charge someone for something again because your system didn’t show what was ordered correctly.Attaching proof. If I could give negative stars I would! I work in the service industry still til this day & you just don’t treat customers that way especially when they have proof of what they ordered.

Wait 15 minutes to have my order taken, have to go up and bang on the glass because apparently not getting orders with vehicles in the stalls is completely normal. Finally take the order and wait over 25 minutes for the food. Only for the order to be wrong, and the employees to be rude. Can safely say I will never come back and hopefully no one else ever goes here again either.

Worst sonic I have been to. Tiny breakfast burrito -- I didn't order the junior. Barely any eggs and meat in the burritos and they were cold. Cheese not melted at all. Terrible.

Please sonic just close this place. I've tried going 5 times in 2 years. Waited THIRTY minutes each time and pulled off empty handed. This can't be a profitable location because it's never busy when waiting forever. Close up so something good can take your place.

Hilariously bad experience. This sonic has been awful for years. I heard it had gotten better and decided to try it again. Nope, still awful. Missing a burger from the order, onion rings not done, chili cheese tots - tots not done, chili tasted rancid. “Totcho’s” - unsure what was wrong but awful. Other burger room temp at best, it may have actually been refrigerated. Dr Pepper was most likely a diet Dr Pepper maybe? Definitely not a Dr Pepper. The 3 corn dogs and 2 breakfast burritos on the order? …I have no idea, they just went straight to the trash without being unwrapped. It’s not like there are a lot of options in Kingston Springs, but maybe just dig through the garbage at one of our truck stops. Can’t be worse than this Sonic.

Very dissatisfied with this sonic which socks because this is one of the only fast food chains I enjoy, service was slow I mean SLOW, to take order, even slower to get food.. just seemed like everyone had a Attitude, food was cold, cheese wasn't melted on burgers and large popcorn chicken was half full and cold, and they didn't give me my BBQ sauce..smh..diff will not be going back to that sonic ever again, and it might be awhile before I go to any sonic, they kinda put a sour taste in my mouth and it might take a while before a take a chance on sonic again

I ordered some food for me and my patient. The guy taking my order was very nice, however, they left put my burger and when I got it, it was disgusting. It seemed old and had almost a rotten taste.

By far the worst sonic in middle Tennessee. Service is slow, food was terrible and cold and rude employees. I wouldn't give them credit for one star. I gave them several chances too and every time it is a horrible experience. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!
