Subways can be hit or miss, so I’m always a little nervous to try a brand new one. However this one was super clean, had a great staff, and the food was great. The bathrooms were also super clean. I would definitely recommend this subway to anyone wanting a quick sub. Was very impressed

I had ordered a Pepperoni and meatball sub and it was supposed to be ready by 7:45 pm but I had arrived at 8:10 pm and place was closed and my food sitting on the Togo rack. I could see my food but the workers had closed early and left it sitting there

I will echo what others have said, this is not the best Subway I've ever visited. I was not greeted when I walked in the door, the employee behind the counter just stopped what he was doing stared at me a second and went back to doing what he was doing. He didn't even address me or ask me what I wanted, I just walked up to him and started ordering. Halfway through making my sandwich he stopped to toast it, rung me up including touching my cash and coins and then started to make my sandwich again with the same gloves. I had to ask him to change gloves which he did begrudgingly. Sandwich was fine, if you're eating at this chain you know what you're getting. Just don't expect a warm welcome and if you're particular about cleanliness keep your eyes on who's making your sandwich.

This is the last time we stop here on our way across the state. The last few tines we have stopped the food has been subpar. This time the bread was extremely dry and it made it hard to eat my food. The tables were nasty, and the chips weren't stocked. It seems like there was a change in ownership in the lat couple years and it has just gone down hill.

The worst Subway In Nashville Tennessee area you will ever go to. The meat and vegetables are definitely not fresh because you get sick every time (diarrhea/vomit) from eating here. They reuse their meat and veggies 1000%. Ate here twice, got sick both times. Old management actually had fresh meat and veggies before this Subway location got sold. Very sad, wish this was still the Subway it was back in 2022. I will be going to Bellevue US 70 South/Fairview Walmart because they have the freshest ingredients. The Kingston Springs location needs to have a health code violation inspection. Also the owners of this subway try to make their own reviews multiple times making new accounts etc. as shown in the picture. Unacceptable Subway location. Subway corporate if you are reading this, Please fix or close this location. I repeat, y’all need to fix this location. We should not be getting sick from eating a subway sandwich. Unless you want food poisoning, never go to this location.
