The service was amazing, I forgot the girl's name that was there last night (01/28). She worked alone yesterday, but she worked fast, she was very friendly & welcoming. And our food was perfect.The employee from last night showed what a valuable employee is, we don't have many of them anymore, but she was definitely it & I truly hope Subway notices the difference she makes.

We drove 12 hours from PA to Tennessee. We stayed in Kingston Springs. We were starving and it was 830pm. The wonderful people working served us with a smile on their faces. Wonderful wonderful customer service!!!!!!

The night employees are wonderful, they are friendly and knowledgeable about your sandwich. I'd give 5 stars but unfortunately whomever does the ordering can't seem to keep everything stocked. I've repeatedly had to stop at our local store for my cheese preference. Sometimes it's several meats that are not available. I'd suggest whomever does the ordering relinquish their responsibility to a more responsible person.

Came to order food and the woman had cut herself while making my kids pizzas. Told the other employee she had to get a bandaid. She was fully intending on still serving these pizzas to my kids. Extremely happy when the guy trashed them and made new ones for us. If you work in the food industry and you start bleeding you can’t serve food that you have touched with bloody hands!

I have never ever left a poor review for a restaurant. Ever. Sadly, that ends with this review. I've stopped at this particular Subway the past three Wednesdays at around 8:55 pm, and they are always closed, even though the posted time is 9:00. I understand that to a degree, though I was still disappointed. I know they are anxious to close; I've been there. But tonight I arrived at 8:48, 12 minutes before closing. The doors were open, and the sign was still lit up "open." I was thrilled; I finally made it in time! I walked in and kindly greeted the two guys behind the counter (on Wednesday, June 21) with a "How are you guys doing?" to which the older of the two replied gruffly, without looking up, "Alright, but we're closing, what'll you have?," obviously annoyed that I'd come to order a sandwich 12 minutes before closing. I left. I won't return. Very disappointing.

Horrible the worker was hearing music in complaing her couldn’t hear us in cussing at the workers in he always changes his attitude with workers when the inspector comes
Ordered 2 Philly cheese sandwiches. Everything was fresh except they put hardly any meat, cheese etc on bread.I got home & basically had a bread & mayo x2 footloose.Don't expect it to be like their commercial. Not going back

I spent like 5 dollars to add bacon to my sandwiches and didn't any I'm not sure if they were out I would appreciate a refund of the bacon
