To the young lady I believe was the Manager...Excellent customer service ..I waited 15 minutes for my food because I wanted fresh everything...they did with No hesitation....Food was very good...Thanks and will be back

Went through the drive thru at 9:45AM drive thru attendant told me to pull around to the front of the store. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes and no one ever came with my food. So I went into the store and waited an additional 8 minutes before receiving my food. Not a sorry for your wait or anything. This store needs to be trained better. Very disappointing experience

Food was horrible no thank you after I was given my order. I got Bo-berry biscuits they were burnt and no frosting. No fork
This LaVergne location seems to get worse with each visit. The music was too loud and the bass was too high to enjoy my dining experience, the speakers were vibrating in the walls/ceiling. The plumbing was not working properly. The door buzzer wasn't working. People in the dining room arguing over a phone. So ghetto up in here.

Usually the service and the food is absolutely amazing but whatever crew work today completely sucked and they waited until after I paid to tell me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes (my break for work is only 15 min) they’re waiting on biscuits that whole damn crew needs fired I understand it’s not the drive-through guy’s fault or the guy that was putting biscuits together but the other people that were just standing there bullshitting need to be fired!!!!!
