Usually the service and the food is absolutely amazing but whatever crew work today completely sucked and they waited until after I paid to tell me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes (my break for work is only 15 min) they’re waiting on biscuits that whole damn crew needs fired I understand it’s not the drive-through guy’s fault or the guy that was putting biscuits together but the other people that were just standing there bullshitting need to be fired!!!!!

Spent $33 on to go order that she said would be 10 minuts and she then asked if its ok that she didn't have lettuce, I said only if you reduce the price or give me another sandwich. It was over a 30 minute wait and she did go to cooler and get lettuce. Very disapointed in my service my first time in there, and my last! They need an evening manager!

Went here for breakfast while visiting for the holidays. The food was very good! I just had two breakfast biscuits; the Sausage Bo-Berry and the Cajun Chicken. I wasn't expecting much, but I'm glad I tried them. The only downside was that I ordered to pick up curbside. There are no signs indicating where to park for curbside. I parked, checked in and waited and waited. I noticed cars seemed to be going through the drive-through with no delay, so I went to the drive-through box and asked about my curbside order. I was directed to drive around, where they had my order waiting for me at the window. It wasn't until I drove around that I saw the curbside spaces on the other side of the building. :-/

They took my order at the speaker and then the lady yelled at me at the window accusing me of not ordering at the speaker and just driving up to the window. When I told her I did she started calling me a liar. The manager had to step in. service is unbelievably terrible.
EDIT: one year lady we gave them another shot because my dad really wanted Bojangles. They took my order at the speaker but didn’t actually ring it up so they had to take it again at the window. Then they told us to pull ahead into a parking spot. After 15 minutes they came out and said they lost our order and had to take it again. I would have just left if I hadn’t already paid. Another 5 minutes and I finally got my food, and after all that they got my order wrong. At least they were friendlier this time.
I like Bojangles food but this location is simply terrible. Sad

Don’t use the mobile app. it’s supposed to make things quicker but i had to wait for both drive thru and inside orders for them to even start making my food. Took 45 minutes to get the food and i ordered 15 minutes before i even got there. Very disappointed with how they don’t care about the mobile orders, which are so pushed.

This time we got our food almost right in the last 6 times going to this location I have had to check our orders to make sure it was right and so far 6 out of 6 I have had to get them to fix the order right

Wow!!! cold chicken ? mean why is the chicken cold. I’ve never had cold chicken that I ordered from a drive thru. I threw it away disgusting. What you do put it in the freezer after you cooked it. Someone needs to be fired!!!! I will never eat there again!!! I will be reporting this to corporate!
