scoffed when my boyfriend needed a moment during ordering. mocked him when they asked him to pull up to the first window, and when they weren't there, he went to the next one. rushed him out as soon as possible. incredibly rude for no reason. this past Friday during lunchtime.

I got a double cheeseburger kids meal + an 8 piece mozzarella stick. Got all the correct food & drinks + sauces, and in a decent amount of time. The person in the drive through was also very nice.

Remodel can’t help the service! They want to do cash only so they can steal. 600 lb life manager said no fries (cause he ate them) no papas if you speak Spanish door dash only.
6 years ago I left this review- 4 stars-Clean, friendly staff, fast service.
Now I'm giving it one star, I have been 3x since the remodel and every time my order is wrong- 1st time missing a burger and one was preparedwrong, 2nd time missing fries, and this time missing a chicken sandwich. Now all 3 times I went in to get the missing item, but there is NEVER an employee up front. So I have to wait a long time or call loudly to the back to get service. Check your order before leaving the parking lot.

I went through the drive through and I asked them to repeat my order, so the order was wrong. So the lady told the cook and she yelled and said I’m not remaking shit!! So I said don’t worry about it!!! They have young kids working there. What does that tell you, SMH

Worst place on the planet I went in waited at the counter 10-15 min for just a pick up nobody showed up until then afterwards my freeze was all melted down and had no nerds on top and told me I couldn’t get a refund with orders online keep in mind I had to wait another 10-15 min for someone to show up at the counter to tell them about the drink with no nerds matter a fact I had to good the phone number to ask if they had anyone helping out up front this is absolutely ridiculous don’t come to this location lavergne worst service ever!!

The food was cold fries half cooked ask for ketchup and was told the only have the pump kind inside pretty sure the black guy working in here is a racist i ask for service he said hold on and never come out to help but a black girl came in and ask for service and he about broke his neck to help will not be coming back to this location in Lavergne on Murfreesboro Rd. And would not recommend it to anyone to come spend your hard earned money either just saying.

I went to get lunch inside the restaurant and no one ever came to the register to take my order. I stood there for almost 5 minutes.
