Literally arrived at 1217pm for a door dash order and they hadn’t even started in the order at all and had me sitting there until 1236 ladies were literally taking more orders in drive thru and front and never made the door dash order worst service ever if you order delivery just beware of long wait times as there is no sense of urgency at all. Also they are not friendly at all. I ask one of the girls like can I please get my order why are you all taking more orders and leaving me sit here and she looks at me and says drive thru is priority and I’m like but what about these front orders how does that even make sense I will be calling corporate Monday about these two rude unprofessional woman.
I've never left a bad review before and I'm a big tipper. Consistently poor customer service at this location. Blames customers at drive-thru when speaker not working well. 2 stars because basic black coffee is always good, but too many places nearby to get coffee and not feel like I'm bothering the staff to take my money.
I was just there to get a half a dozen donuts props to the gentleman that took care of me there happened to be six kids that walked in unsupervised knocking stuff over and the gentleman that helped me was able to stay so calm and just try to get everybody taken care of and out the door the world needs more people like him!!!!!
I walked up to the counter, stood there for a solid 3 minutes before actually walking to the staff and saying, “hey, excuse me.” The lady behind the counter literally stared at me until I walked out. I’m not sure what the secret code is to get serviced here but I won’t be coming back.
Amilia was very nice she talked to us and was very kind. I will not lie I wasn’t having a good day but she had made it better she definitely needs a raise
A nice place, but the service is terrible, and the donuts are not worth mentioning.
Have had 2 experiences here of the employees being unprofessional and rude and will not be returning.
1st time I very clearly stated I wanted a large drink, and when I got to the window the lady gave me a medium. I told her I ordered a large and she said “well I rang it up as a medium so”. She didn’t try once to make it right or correct my order.
2nd time I converted all my points for a free drink and did it in front of the lady at the window. She scanned it and said the machine took my offer but that their system was down and that I would still have to pay. Absolutely not. She got someone who may have been the manager (but definitely didn’t act like it). This woman said she would offer me a discount but that was all she could do. I said that I don’t feel like I should have to pay when I used all my points to convert it to a FREE drink (which takes lots of money and time). She then asked if I had my drink (I did) and she said have a good day.
This establishment clearly could care less about their customers.
15 year old at counter incapable of comprehending order
I go to this location a lot when I'm not heading into Smyrna, and it's a shame that is sucks, because the location is perfect. The people that work here have got to be the rudest and most immature and ignorant people that I have ever experienced at any of these franchises. I went yesterday 11/29 at 10:57 AM and the girl that is at the window is so extremely rude. Are these employees not allowed to speak and say hello and greet the customers that pay their bills? You have the nerve to ask for a tip, but can't open up your mouth to say Good Morning? Well here's a tip. It's disgusting how you all act when people come to the drive through. This was the second day in a row that this same younger girl was working in the drive through and I'm tired of it. I have had so many terrible experiences here, and I always come back because I just chaulk it up to maybe the people that work here are just having a bad day...but it occurred to me yesterday that I have never had this treatment at ANY OTHER DUNKIN. The people that work here are simply ignorant. Point Blank Period. They act as if they have never had customer service training a day in their lives. I hate to speak this way, but these people don't deserve jobs with the way they act towards customers. Not to mention them laughing and loudly cackling with each other telling personal stories on company time (at the drive through, by the way) instead of paying attention and doing your job. On a separate incident, I asked to speak to the manager because my order was wrong and I was overcharged. The cashier at the drive through told me that he was the manager which was extremely unbelievable because he looked like he was high and he was laughing the whole time. This place is terrible. You guys need to do better all the way around, when you have people that come to spend their hard earned money and give YOU A JOB. I'm not even a complainer, but this place is a joke and an embarrassment to the Dunkin Donuts franchise as a whole. Since the "manager" thinks it's so funny make jokes and laugh at customers, let's make things even funnier. The inflation in the country is a little too high to be over charged for coffee. Take my advice...go to the location on Sam Ridley.

Incompetent people running a restaurant, was waiting on an order and young lady had the nerve to catch attitude when I was waiting for my order for 15-20 mins.

Where's the management of this place? The screen said I could move forward to the next window, then after 6 minutes, some lady decided to come and ask me "what you want today?" Not even a greeting, whike acting like she was mad at me, order took way longer than usual, have to ask for napkins, straws, a fork.

We sat in the drive thru for an online order for 5 minutes till someone came to the window. 2 older women were just talking, and the youngest woman with long blondish brown hair was working.

i was inside whating for my frind and this lady comes to me with a big accent told me if i am not ordering anything get out .i have a big shock ,i never expeiance this before i was going to order when my frend shows up .i realy do not know why am not welcom i did not do noting to make her say that its very bad

This dunkin always makes our order wrong. They forcefully put out their credit card machine to give them a tip and then they give you the wrong order. You'll ask for ice they give you a hot. You ask for specific flavoring they don't put the flavor. The Hispanic girls are very kind but the black one taking orders is extremely rude when we ask for the items to be corrected she days they didn't ask for that when we have 3 people in the car that all heard it and she is always too busy talking and asks us to repeat the order 2 or 3 times. Instead of asking is there anything else I can get you they say what do you want is that it is that it. Very very rude. The owners should be very upset because they are losing money.
