I arrived at approximately 8:52 PM I placed the order I had an emergency so I was late coming to pick up my order. She was very rude to me talking about you late picking it up because I ordered it online and told me she had to remake my drinks OK did you have to be so rude and the way you say it? I am the customer you don’t know what what’s going on, so I don’t know who this person was who she is I don’t like her and I think that her manager needs to give a speech to her about customer service. Maybe I should’ve canceled the order instead of picking it up since it inconvenience whoever that woman is. This happened 2025 September 4th of Thursday

I have had mutiple issues with ordering from this particular dunkin, things from missing items to orders just being straight up entirely wrong. This time I had a delivery done where I ordered a dozen donuts, box looked perfectly fine and seal wasn't tampered with yet when I opened it I was missing part of my order and I didn't get any of the boston creme donuts we requested. No communication was made as to if maybe they didn't have certain things or replacements, they just threw stuff in and went along with it. Is it really that hard to count out twelve donuts?

I usually stop here every Sunday on the way to church. I won't be stopping again. Evidently it is impossible not place frosted doughnuts upside down in a bag. This happened for the 1st time last week and again today. When I asked for another doughnut the answer was we can't do anything about that, the manger is not working today and the girl at the counter indicated there is no way to reach her. I did not realize gravity played such a huge roll in placing an order in a bad. I regret tipping.

I ordered a coffee, matcha, a chipotle wake up wrap, a bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap, and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. i mobile ordered and went through the dt but by the time I got home I realized my bacon wrap was a sausage wrap and they didn’t even give me my sausage egg and cheese croissant at all ????

Literally arrived at 1217pm for a door dash order and they hadn’t even started in the order at all and had me sitting there until 1236 ladies were literally taking more orders in drive thru and front and never made the door dash order worst service ever if you order delivery just beware of long wait times as there is no sense of urgency at all. Also they are not friendly at all. I ask one of the girls like can I please get my order why are you all taking more orders and leaving me sit here and she looks at me and says drive thru is priority and I’m like but what about these front orders how does that even make sense I will be calling corporate Monday about these two rude unprofessional woman.

I've never left a bad review before and I'm a big tipper. Consistently poor customer service at this location. Blames customers at drive-thru when speaker not working well. 2 stars because basic black coffee is always good, but too many places nearby to get coffee and not feel like I'm bothering the staff to take my money.
I was just there to get a half a dozen donuts props to the gentleman that took care of me there happened to be six kids that walked in unsupervised knocking stuff over and the gentleman that helped me was able to stay so calm and just try to get everybody taken care of and out the door the world needs more people like him!!!!!

I walked up to the counter, stood there for a solid 3 minutes before actually walking to the staff and saying, “hey, excuse me.” The lady behind the counter literally stared at me until I walked out. I’m not sure what the secret code is to get serviced here but I won’t be coming back.
Amilia was very nice she talked to us and was very kind. I will not lie I wasn’t having a good day but she had made it better she definitely needs a raise
A nice place, but the service is terrible, and the donuts are not worth mentioning.
Have had 2 experiences here of the employees being unprofessional and rude and will not be returning.
1st time I very clearly stated I wanted a large drink, and when I got to the window the lady gave me a medium. I told her I ordered a large and she said “well I rang it up as a medium so”. She didn’t try once to make it right or correct my order.
2nd time I converted all my points for a free drink and did it in front of the lady at the window. She scanned it and said the machine took my offer but that their system was down and that I would still have to pay. Absolutely not. She got someone who may have been the manager (but definitely didn’t act like it). This woman said she would offer me a discount but that was all she could do. I said that I don’t feel like I should have to pay when I used all my points to convert it to a FREE drink (which takes lots of money and time). She then asked if I had my drink (I did) and she said have a good day.
This establishment clearly could care less about their customers.
