Went through the drive through but…. The food was so fresh. The gentleman that checked us out asked if we needed condiments or drinks carriers and was very friendly.
The food was the freshest I’ve had at any drive through in years… soo good!

So glad I was legitimately looking forward to eating my food, only for the person at the drive thru to fully open mouth cough multiple times INTO my beg while they were checking it. Then proceeded to close the bag, hand me the food and continue to open mouth hack while reaching out. Got back to work and nuked everything. Dunno if that really helps but I was too hungry to worry about it.
I ordered a French Onion Dip Angus Burger, and they gave something that looked like it was from the day before and just heated up.

This is by far the worst Hardee’s iv ever been to the employees are the rudest iv ever seen better not ask for anything extra cause they will come back with a attitude and always check to make sure your food is right because they get my order 99% even tho I get the same thing every morning same attitude same poorly service wish I had more time in my break to go to different locations but I don’t so hopefully Management see this and actually do something about it cause I know I can’t be the only one this is happening to
