one day it was cash only, next day it was either. but the chicken was old, not fresh or near fresh. all the food was warm not hot at all. but the guy that was at the register was nice and willing to help me with questions and to get the sauces I ordered. very polite. other staff yelled out your order and walked away.

Zero star to be exact. This place had bad, terrible, the worst service. They close around 9pm,instead of 10pm. Went there with a friend who ordered some chicken. Drove off and realized that the employees did not put what was ordered in the box. We drove back and they had close(9:30pm). Friend saw the employees and knocked on the window for attention. They started hiding and laughing about it. They called the cops and said we were trespassing. Friend called cops too. When the cops came, they told Friend he's trespassing etc. Friend tried explaining himself but it just didn't work out. He was told to file a complaint with KFC and never return that property.
Safe yourself the trip and money. Find a different location.

Terrible service tonight they was talking and chilling while I’m the only car in drive through waited at least 10 mins at window then had to wait for my drinks cause they was to busy laughing and chatting while my food was being made then get home to find they didn’t put my deserts in my bag 😔

I recently visited this KFC location, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, and the manager on duty had one of the worst customer attitudes I have ever encountered.
The ice machine was not working, and when I asked the manager for ice, she told me there was none available. However, I was surprised to see multiple customers who came after me ask for ice and she gave it to them.
I was with my children on a very hot day, and we really needed ice with our food and drinks. This unfair treatment caused a lot of frustration for me and my kids.
This will be my last visit to this location.

I guess don't even bother coming in at 9 PM to get food here. I am sitting in their parking lot right now on a Wednesday night, an hour before they close and they have already closed down their registers and closed down the drive thru. Please change your store hours or post a sign, or update your website to notify customers that service will not be provided an hour prior to closure. Ugh, I'm annoyed that I drove out here.

Hours of operation say 10 pm but anytime after 830 they'll close if they don't have chicken and will not make more. I went at 845 pm tonight and they were completely closed even the drive through and when I called they said they had no more chicken and were not planning on making more. Don't even go not worth it to get horrible service like that.

I always have issues ordering food from this KFC. I’ve lived nearby it for three years now and it’s just always been bad. From horrible quality chicken, to not getting orders right, to even leaving out things that I specifically paid for and then giving little to no explanation. Even the employees are bad, especially for the drive-thru. If you want to go to a KFC, go to a different one, or don’t even bother giving them your money. It’s not worth it for what you get.

Don't YOU BELIEVE ITTTTTT! Store hours: they say the close at 12am but store been pitch black since 11pm.The employees at all restaurants do this to deter you from coming so they don't have to serve you or do any extra work.

Always love getting the bowl but not from here first time
To this location and very bad experience! The chicken was old I told them so they said they’ll make it fresh well they told me to keep the bowl instead of taking it throwing it away and give me new one since the tenders are in the bowl well it was missing corn and these people literally gave me the tenders and the corn on the side so yes I literally had to dig for the old tenders and remove them like NEVER again and they weren’t even busy at all!!!!

I went to the drive thru and ordered 12 piece tender. The lady that took the order asked original or Krispy so I knew she put the order in wrong. When I got to the window I clarified the order . She had mixed bucket of chicken. Asked if I wanted that. I said tenders. She said I did not order tenders. I explained I did and If I wanted tenders I would have to drive around and do the order again. I declined..... if you don't care if you get the items you order .....this is the location to visit.
