The drive-through lights were all off they didn't have anything I asked for they were out of fries and pot pies mac & cheese ill prepared for any customers and could care less about their customer base I wish that companies like this if they have stores that treat customers the way this restaurant treated me and how poorly they were run I wish there were consequences but I know there won't be. Just terrible

I really hope the owner reads these. Because you need desperately to clean house here and hire new people pretty much from the top down. I really mean pick the top 20 applications and hire them sight unseen without an interview and you would be better off guaranteed. I would have liked to spray paint something mean on the menu board or light a fire in the lobby but it would only give the employees exactly what they want...to not work. They consistently over my 5-6 visits to this location have closed HOURS earlier than posted or in 2 instances turned off the lights to look closed at 7-8pm And every time they are out of key menu items or unwilling to cook them. The last 2 times went the exact same way. We came in the early afternoon (like3-4pm) and we order fries as a side and they told us it would be a wait, we said "that's okay", they then said "like...we don't know how long you'll have to wait..." We then said "that's okay we can wait" to which they said we'll have to order something else. We ordered Mac an cheese and they then informed us they were out of that too after we pull up to the window. Times before it was chicken or biscuits or gravy. Your employees are losing you SO much money, please consider new staff. They'd be happy for the time off anyway

I just left KFC in Laverne. I got a spicy chicken combo. I live right around the corner. When I get home to eat my food the fries was COLD AND OLD the chicken sandwich was ICE COLD as well and the bad part is when I pulled up to place my order the lady over the speaker said please wait. I waited for over 5 minutes for her to take my order. It's just not worth trying to grab something on the go if this is the kind of food they serve. That was the last $9,65 they will ever get from me.

I have been living in Lavergne over a year and this is the worst KFC I have ever been too!!!! The service is bad, they always have issues going on. Tonight they only had legs and thighs, not cooking anymore chicken....It was 7pm!!!! Get home and they gave me gravy water for my mashed potatoes!!!! Something really needs to be done about this place QUICKLY!!!! 😡😡😡

Worst kfc in TN. Got 8 piece and told them no thighs, I’ll pay extra! Pay extra and got bucket of thighs and legs only.
I have to be honest. I am not a kfc fan at the best of times but this store epitomizes the service of today's society... first you pull up to the drive thru. No lights are on the menu board. That's OK. I already have the family's list of what they want. So the fact that the place looks closed is OK. After 3 minutes of sitting by the speaker... still no greeting... or at least the 'be right with you' that one expects... instead after 8 minutes of nothing I decide to call the store to make sure they are open.... the line of cars now behind me to the street where any minute I expect a wreck.... so ten minutes of nothing so I pull around to the window.... no one there despite an empty parking lot and 2 visible guys inside with headsets on.... so finally one of the 'kids' comes to the window and days I'll have to come inside because he can't take an order at the window. I explained they looked closed, no one says anything when you pull up and was responded to with a very negative attitude that made it my fault that they were too busy to greet properly and was told that unless I parked and came in to order so he could take the orders of the cars behind me that I was not able to order food. I said fine. Sat there for a minute. Called fortune express Chinese right down the road and ordered food for the family and left to pick it up. Far superior service and POLITE employees.... thank you kfc for reminding me why I don't bother with this store in lavergne.

No light for menu outside, rudest lady working the line, so I just left. She even eyed me down after pulling off XD hot diggity they hurting for workers. And to top it off? Out of chicken tenders

I ordered a 10pc bucket and was told breasts AND wings were available. I said ok.I get home, and they gave me ALL BREASTS WITHOUT SKIN (ZERO wings). This mess looks like slop. I don't understand how this KFC is still in business!
