Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered on you all website a very nice order of three pizzas, family pack of mini pizzas and a crush 2-liter for delivery. My delivery driver did not give me my soda and I am pissed about it! Like how do you eat pizza without something cold and strong to wash it down with? Like the nerve of the delivery driver then when I call the store they tell me I need to call the delivery driver, no customer service at all! Like why do I have to handle something I clearly paid for and did not receive. I would have even appreciated a simple ma’am I’m sorry that happened let me take your name down for a rain check on the soda but nope just a dry take it up with the delivery driver. Won’t be ordering from you all anymore and that’s terrible cause yall pizza rolls are good!

Kinda dirty. Trash is all over the parking lot. Mostly teens who work here so customer service isn't tip top.

There is no reason my food should look like this. The employee at the counter opened the box and checked it before giving it to me and STILL proceeded to give me this !!! There was no line. I was the only one there. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Was working there until about 3 weeks ago and I still have not got my final paycheck. Can't even get the owner's phone number. I'm a disabled veteran and it's like they were just going to use me for slave labor

Maybe it was training day, but at 7pm on a Sunday; maybe not the best time to have a bunch of guys that are still learning to do their job is not the best time to have them at the store with the manager that's just sitting on his butt while the store fills up with customers and then proceeds to describe said customers as "rats coming from the streets" to the front counter worker so that the whole front of the store can hear him. Granted most of the customers were Hispanic non-english speaking, but there were some that were. On the food side, the $56 order that I placed, was very subpar compared to the orders I've put in previously. I will drive to Smyrna from now on for my LC orders. Lord willing they will have their act together there.
