I have been using Marcos for the past 4 years and up to about 3 months ago service has started to get bad.. orders not correct and the sauce that you paid for not in the boxes and when you call up there and you get put on hold for 10 minutes...I've spent probably $6,000 with them in 4 years and I I'm not one to complain but this is getting ridiculous

I love Marco's Pizza and understand owning a brick and mortar can be a little difficult with employees but when I just called to learn what's special they currently had going I was told by the kid who entered all of these specials are online. I told him it's normal for people to call and ask what specials there are can you please tell me. Hey huffed and puffed and then told me to get $3 off if you order in the store even though clearly there are many other specials...

Food tasted salty. The employees seemed to be into their work. Not too friendly or overjoyed working. Especially for the one who had to be asked twice to spit out her gum. Chewing and blowing bubbles right over the food she was making. The atmosphere was bland. Far from the past experiences that I have had at this location.To the owner, I would rather talk to you on the phone. If you could leave my name with the store, I will call and get your name and number.
