Bad service. I parked in space number two, waited 15 minutes for a coffee, and they never brought it to me
You place your order on kiosk and no receipt and our order # pops up fast so you can miss it. Crew that called out order said nothing to us. Cokes was flat. And burger was cold. Fries you could tell grease was old.

It's McDonald's. Unfortunately there menu hasn't change in my life. The only excitement there menu ever has is once every couple of years they bring the Mc Ribb back. And to be honest who really cares. Most over rated fast food chain in the U.S.

They've gotten my order wrong 3x. I order the same breakfast every time: #2 with grape jelly and sweet tea. This time they gave me a ham egg and cheese. When I told management I wanted my full meal replaced...she refused. I had to drive back up to McDonald's during my work hours...and you cant replace the hash brown and drink!? Trash establishment. Never again.

Don't do curbside pick up here. 9/10 they'll give your food to someone else and mark in app that you got your food and you'll have to go inside to get it re made.

I placed a mobile order for dinner, well before their 3:45am shut-off time, but when I got to the drive-thru, I was informed they were already closed until breakfast at 4:00am, despite my order having been accepted.

I went through the drive thru they told me to park I waited 20 minutes to get my food. When they finally came out half my food was missing and the portions weren’t correct. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location.

So I talked to a lady there a couple of days ago and Hispanic lady she had an accent and I had three daily doubles that I ordered and they had ketchup on it. Well, the daily doubles don’t come with ketchup they come with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I’m allergic to ketchup. It could kill me. I told him not to put ketchup instead of her, giving me daily double she gave me doubles so tonight I called back to go by and pick up the order that they promised me I could get and guess what Jose really rude disrespectful person tells me the manager this working don’t understand English. How did she get the job? How is she communicating? We don’t know, but here’s the problem. He tells me I have to file a claim. How do you file a claim? He doesn’t even have any idea on what that means not a complaint a claim like a lottery ticket claim and I said I was told I can come pick these up. I even gave him the name for it and still he says no you have to wait. I’m not doing that. I’m not remaking your food. I said you sold me burgers that could’ve killed me Not my problem. I don’t care that’s your problem. Wow I won’t be back and Jason Cole if you’re reading this, you might want to look into who’s working there and who’s documented because there’s something wrong here if there’s somebody working there in America and they have no idea how to speak English to communicate with the customers and their manager. We have a problem because he told me she don’t speak English and I recorded the phone call so Jose if that’s your real name, you lost my business I won’t be back and I know this is probably a local only McDonald’s so I hope the owner reaches and God forbid that anything has to go through there like ice because you sit there and denied me a remake after you knew that could’ve killed me and that’s why I’m upset because you knew that and you told me to make a claim that don’t even make no sense. This is a business in America and you’re running it like a business in the middle of somewhere that nobody knows anything about so I will not eat there again. If the owner reaches I don’t even want a refund. I am very sick to my stomach that he said he didn’t care to file a claim so I guess it’s like a gold mine. You file a claim on land so Jose, I hope you have a good evening and I hope they know that you’re flirting with that girl in there that’s already complained about you. You know what I’m saying the one I don’t speak English have a good day.

I would never want to go to this place ever again! TikTok people were right! McDonald’s sells burgers with poison stuff in there! So me and my sister had McDonalds last night! For my sister the first two bites she had to use the bathroom really bad! After five minutes she started vomiting! She was vomiting because of the sandwich! Like guys we had to take her to the hospital at 2:00AM!
So guys never go there again! 🤮🤮

I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes meal and I have to give order a 1 star because they messed up a lot! didn’t give the hash browns. didn’t receive syrup or silverware or any ketup and also they took 11 mins for my order but Still didn’t get my order right… I had to go to another McDonalds to get the extra things I needed for my meal and I was on my work break I hope they get it together and also it wasn’t busy really, I was the 1st car in line out of 3 implus my meal was small
