Needs better management!!!! They're so concerned with taking care of the drive thru that they neglect the lobby to the point where, you'll be waiting for 15 minutes or more
Food is very expensive here. They had no biscuits available, there’s no refills and the food is greasy, very slow getting our order out and they won’t take orders at the counters which I’ve noticed a lot of mcds are doing, ridiculous

The bathrooms were terribly dirty, as were the tables, it was not a good experience. I ordered my burger without pickles because I don't like them and they still gave them to me, it's disrespectful

I wouldn't even rate the food anything no stars I got a large caramel frappe with all the goodies added that tastes like plain water not to mention when I pull up if that was the manager it look like it but the manager says pay your frappe will be made and go pull up to the third window thank you and just walks off didn't even give me time to say nothing back I beeped my horn she didn't even come back to the window one of the workers did terrible experience I've never had a bad frappe in my life from McDonald's but that frappe was horrible the lady made me so mad she was a Hispanic lady I never wanted to call Trump so bad and tell him hey I think I got some for you that's how bad the service was in the frappe was even worse zero Stars zero Stars
