Long story short, I ordered through the app and I had it set for ASAP meaning for 5 to 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I was in the Kroger's parking lot at Smyrna while I was placing the order. When my card went through and it mentioned the time it was going to be done, I made my way to the La Vergne location. Little did I knew, I was going to be sat there for 30 minutes and asking two different people for my order and them telling me it was going to come. When 30 minutes past, I asked the employee and they forgot my order, that's when I requested a refund. It doesn't make any sense to have someone wait for 25 to 30 minutes for their order even though they have ordered through the app. Yea, not going to see Sonic for a while until they get it together!

Food was cold and dry chicken tenders almost 5dls and they were to brown and dry so you need to change your oil. You want to leave many in oil but I can tell .so please serve fresh food like you sing said

Yup. I can't rate the food because like the last 3 times I took the chance to stop here over the last year or so...noone takes my order. Or, like the last time, they take it with only 5 people in the lot and never bring it out then don't respond.
Don't waste your time here. It's awful.
Oh, and to the response from owner: I will take my business elsewhere. Period. Why would I add any additional time from my life reaching out. My review was pretty straightforward. When you're prepared to give me back my time, then you can find a way to connect to me. Not the reverse.

I have a drink that Iâve put together. Itâs Sprite with EXTRA sweet cream, EXTRA vanilla and EXTRA strawberries. I LOVE IT!!! đ So obviously, you pay extra for whatâs suppose to be âthe extraâ and I understand that and do NOT have an issue with it. It has gotten to whenever I order my drink I have to always ask for extra strawberries because thereâs barely any in my drink and remember, I paid for the extra so the extra should be there without question and if the drink was made how I ordered it with ALL the extras then I wouldnât have to ask for extra strawberries EVERY TIME. Whenever I had to ask for EXTRA strawberries I was told tonight, January 13, 2025 at about 5 PM that I wouldnât be getting anymore EXTRA strawberries again. I proceeded to tell her that I always get extra strawberries with my drink and she told me it wouldnât happen anymore and walked off. So instead of trying to get her attention, I just left so there wouldnât be any kind of argument. There have been other times Iâve had issues with the Lavergne, Tennessee location. One night, a while back I ordered burgers for me and my kids. I count the burgers and the count was right. Get home and I give my kids their burgers and one of them had all the fixings but no hamburger patty. My drink issue and the young employees at this place with attitudes⊠I will not be back to this location EVER again and I live in LaVergne. I will just go buy all of the ingredients that Iâve always paid extra for and never getting the extras like I shouldâve. Yes, I know itâs just a drink, but I ordered this 3, 4, 5 times a week if not more.

I understand being short staffed, so iâve never written a review before. That is until today, because have been throwing up all day long due to food poisoning. This isnât the first time someone has gotten food poisoning from this location. I just was naive and always thought, â It will never be me.â Now iâm stuck having to use a day off unexpectedly, and sleeping in the floor between my room and the bathroom.
Came for a delivery order, pressed the button and was told they werenât taking orders before it turning off, I pressed it again to say quickly that I had an order, and they said they would have the drinks right out and scanned the order out and said they were on the way and never showed up, I pressed the button again and they said that they arenât going to bring it out and that they are done with the order, as they are saying this a few cars pull up and get out and they walk into the store all while the workers are basically partying in the store and the people that walked in do too, place is complete trash and everyone in there workers or not were garbage too.

I have tried to order from here twice and not satisfied what so ever. The first time I came to order milkshakes for my family and waited patiently for about 20 minutes . 20 minutes pass I press the red button wondering about the milkshakes and come to find out they tell me the machine is broken. There was no type of communication from the employees and was not offered any thing for time that was wasted. The second time I ordered milkshakes they mentioned to me that the system is down and I will have to wait just a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes to be told they are not taking orders anymore. There is a big lack of miscommunication from this location and seems that people donât want to take any orders during the night time . I have never ordered during the day so maybe better luck then.
