Lazy employees who can’t be bothered to take customers orders. Every time it’s a “we’re on a 10 minute wait” when there’s only like 3 other vehicles there. This location has gone down hill. Management needs to take their business more seriously and hire people who want to actually work.

I am unsure how they managed to achieve a 4 star rating when there is always an issue there whether it being randomly closed (not talking about during the snow storm) or not putting the red bull in the red bull slushes?!?Tonight the lady told us that they aren't taking orders.. ok? at 8:30? And when asked why we got no response?? So I had to drive to smyrna to get ice cream..which always gives me great service!!!smdh Lavergne Do better or just shut all the way down because it's getting a little ridiculous at this point...

I had a relatively large order. I ordered a foot long coney, a whacky pack, a garlic butter burger combo with pickle fries, another garlic butter burger and a hickory BBQ burger. The first time they brought out my food, I got 2 coneys, a burger and a corn dog. I let them know their error, so they came back out and got that order and brought me another. I thought it would be correct as they took my receipt and said they were remaking the order. I get home to find that I got the coney, the pickle fries, the Mozzarella sticks and then 3 breakfast sandwiches that I didn't order. How do you make the wrong thing TWICE?! Next time, I think I'll go to the one in Smyrna IF I go to Sonic, again.

Food was incorrect after order. Drinks were carbonated water only. No one would answer the phone when i called back to correct the problem.
In my waiter, they waited on us. She did an awesome job, didn't get her name, but she was very kind and polite.Parking: No complaints

There was some type of bug floating on the top of my drink when i took the top off to drink it, thats disgusting how do you have a bugs coming out of your drink machine thats how you know its a filthy place with no sanitation not a safe place to eat?

If I could give a zero on this rating I most certainly would!!! I was at the LaVergne location last night and there was literally a dead bug in my Sprite. I noticed something dark under the lid and when I took the lid off it was a dead bug. Which means the person who put the lid on knew it was there OR placed it there. Lucky it was Sprite so I could see it. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND DISPICABLE!!

I was there for an hr after they made me wait 10 minutes before they took my order. Then another 20 before they brought it out. I realized they not only messed up my order they left a meal off my order. Told them and they said they will fix it but never came back. Another 15 minutes later I ended up stopping another worker and told him my issue and another 15 before they got it corrected

Been waiting for our food over 50 minutes. The workers said short of staff. You have 6 workers in the building cleaning up a dancing walking around . Just terrible. Push the button for the 3rd time they say the order never showed up. Young man comes out and says our order is free.
