No one greets you or smiles, they don't wash their hands after coming from outside (seen with my own eyes) and still went to the food counter to make food, hair has been found in the cookies at least 3 times now. I would go in and not use the drive thru just so you can watch.

Tables are almost always askew and unclean. Not a hint of friendliness from servers. Glass on entry appears to have not been cleaned in weeks.

It's the third time I have an issue. Picked up 3 ft long sandwiches this evening. The bread was not toasted . The meat was cold and toppings missing.
