I was at this location picking up an online order around 9:58pm(August 24) at the drive-through. after leaving the drive-through, I noticed that one of the item that I purchased was not in my bag so I went back through the drive-through to get it, but the line was too long so I asked if I could come in and pick it up and the young lady at the drive-through said yes. At that time it was about 10 o’clock. As I am at the door waiting on my item, some lady comes from a side door with an attitude saying that the door was not supposed to be open after 10 o’clock and shut the door without giving me a chance to even explain. She spoke to me in such a very disgusting manner. Don’t worry, I won’t return here. Without customer she wouldn’t even have a paycheck.

This is not an issue with this store it's a problem with Taco Bell. If y'all cannot keep staff to work the late night shifts do not advertise that you're going to be open until 3:00 a.m. this is now the third time at the third location that I have ordered ahead to pick something up after work to find that y'all are closed early because you can't keep people employed.

This location is amazing. The food is good, but the customer service is absolutely top notch. They actually care about their customers and it shows. 10/10 would recommend. Also Graham is an amazing employee, and honestly deserves a raise. He is always so kind.

Called the manager just now she was rude I called and told her about my food experience she didn’t care I told her the food was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it the shells for my number 9 Mexican pizza and taco tasted like poising I ask for refund I drove 15 minutes to that Taco Bell I’m not going back out my way when I should got fresh food from begging they I paid for I want refund I will never go here again this is the second time horrible food stay away I felt like I was being poising made my stomach hurt .

The morning shift manager is racist and blatantly threatened me with racial remarks. White lady with black hair. Never said anything to her and out of nowhere she did this.
Store manager was rude, screaming in the parking lot, and not dressed like a manager. Outside the store was nasty dirty. Worker with back door open was smoking.

So who ever was working drive thru on Tuesday night, it was a white older female with glasses. She is really rude. I was ordering food that my fiance had texted me and we didn't have enough money so I had to take some things off. She said you have been here for 3 minutes they are already making the food you need to hurry up. This lady needs to be fired!!! I will be up there on Wednesday to complane to the manger that she should not be working drive thru. Instead she needs to be cleaning the bathrooms!!
