Tonight I specifically ordered a black bean chalupa. I havent eaten beef in years, and I bit into the chalupa and there was beef. No one else had ordered a chalupa.

The only reason I rated the service a 1 is because O could not give a zero. The lady at the counter on Sunday, 9.28.25 at 2:30 pm was rude and clearly does not know customer service. She made no Eye Contact or Greeted me when I walked in. When I stood by the counter to look at the menu. I said hello, to which I received no response. I proceeded to say, how are you, without looking up she rudely said fine. At that point she said you can order at the kiosk. I said, I am looking at thr menu but thank you. I ended up leaving and not ordering there due to the unpleasant nature of that interaction. I have worked in Hospitality for 25 years and cannot believe the way the workers at location were. I went back in to get her name and she would not even look at me, two of the other workers said they don't give out names. Maybe it is Fast Food but in my industry, we give our name and wear name tags. The Fast Food Industry especially this Taco Bell needs yo take a lesson from Chick Fil A!

Was forced to either ring myself up or go through the drive thru by the manager on shift, the store has no customers in either line. There should be an option to have a CSR ring me up at the counter. I think ill take my business elsewhere from now on

I was at this location picking up an online order around 9:58pm(August 24) at the drive-through. after leaving the drive-through, I noticed that one of the item that I purchased was not in my bag so I went back through the drive-through to get it, but the line was too long so I asked if I could come in and pick it up and the young lady at the drive-through said yes. At that time it was about 10 o’clock. As I am at the door waiting on my item, some lady comes from a side door with an attitude saying that the door was not supposed to be open after 10 o’clock and shut the door without giving me a chance to even explain. She spoke to me in such a very disgusting manner. Don’t worry, I won’t return here. Without customer she wouldn’t even have a paycheck.

This place has a horrible work environment especially the RGM she disrespected my 16 year old son because he asked if he could be off on Thursday because he has a doctors appointment. Mind you this is his first day.

This is not an issue with this store it's a problem with Taco Bell. If y'all cannot keep staff to work the late night shifts do not advertise that you're going to be open until 3:00 a.m. this is now the third time at the third location that I have ordered ahead to pick something up after work to find that y'all are closed early because you can't keep people employed.
